When you have a District Manager who only cares about maximizing her bonus, who will treat the employees like garbage, and goes out of her way to make them dislike each other, there's something REALLY wrong with that. And when she answers to a Regional Manager who does the same thing, how are the girls in this store supposed to get ahead? They're swimming against the current in the best scenario. No matter what your complaint is about this store, it is 100% known by the DM who does NOT care what you think or what you want. If you as the PAYING customer do not matter, obviously the employees don't either. Please treat them better, or shop somewhere else. They can just tell you to not come back. They don't have to take your abusive behavior.

The employees in this location do the absolute best with what they're given. Smoke breaks are the only break taken to ensure store is stocked. If you can't find an employee several reasons one they're on their small break two talking to each other about a game plan for whatever the task is or three in the stock room pulling out more stock to keep the shelves stocked with everything that we possibly can there's always a bell up front for the customer to let us know their ready to be checked out and we come when it gets rang ???

The employees don’t really seem to care too much about the customers, or the store. This is not a one time observation, but every time I’m there I have trouble finding someone to ring up my purchase, usually because the workers are smoking outside or talking to each other in a random isle. I’ve even been told “you can wait” by an employee. But prices are ok and food/drinks are always fresh, never found anything expired.

Closed early today and said will reopen when truck is finished. No truck un sight and still not open. Guess the President and VP told them they could run the store however they would like. It's going downhill.

Store had several sales & the worker was super helpful in finding last minute holiday things I needed. It was a great trip & I didnt spend nearly as much as I expected.
