(Review for Fairborn location) Physically the gym is adequate, locker rooms are luxury and feel nice to be in. The sauna and tanning is great. Fairly private. Theatre room is really cool. Machines are adequate some better than others. Textbook example of 'fine print contract' make sure you know what you're signing up for, not ideal for those who want to explore their options. (36 month contact) processing fees and annual fees on top of monthly membership know what you're signing.

Very well maintained and equipped gym; plenty of cardio machines, free weights and weight machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love it here!

I want to be clear that I have NEVER posted a negative review for any business, so that should tell you how bad this place is. My wife wanted a place to go for only ladies. And for that, they do have. She has to do her exercises in water because of how bad her joints are. She loves going there for the friends that she's made with the staff that do water workouts and some of the other ladies that go there. I was going to get a membership for myself at a gym that had a pool so that I could swim laps for my cardio. They said that their facility in Englewood had a pool that I could do that and that adding myself to her account would only be adding like 15 dollars to the monthly dues. Then, when I went to that facility, they told me that their pool had been down and it's too expensive to get repaired. When I wanted to remove (just) myself out of the contract, they declined it saying that there's other amenities that I can do. And their business side is THE WORST. I noticed that when my monthly dues came out that it was about 18 dollars higher than normal. When I called to ask why, they advised that it was a fee for being declined. Mind you, this was the SAME DAY that my payment was due. They said that they start taking payments at 12:01 am, and since I didn't get my direct deposit until 3:00 am that I'm charged that extra fee because they tried and failed. My dues WERE paid on the day they were due but they are going to charge extra for it because I get paid a little later than their first attempt (REGARDLESS OF IT BEING THE SAME DAY). This company will do everything they can to take you for every penny that they can get away with. Many others have expressed their dissatisfaction with them for the same issues. And you'd think that with all the extra money they're bleeding from their members that their facilities would be top notch, but they are disgusting! The only one that I've been to that didn't look like it was falling apart and gross is the co-op facility in Huber Heights. When my membership is done, I will UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES renew with them! I don't care if I'd have to pay twice what I do now. I'd do it happily just to be done with this shady company. STAY AWAY!! You're better off going ANYWHERE else.

They will lock you into a contract that requires major hoops to jump through to get out. Gym isn’t worth their money grabbing, don’t waste your time or money here

Coming from an LA Fitness in Houston, I was used to a gym that is always ultra crowded, people videoing themselves, weights left everywhere, dirty machines and a lot of inoperable equipment.Everybody Fitness was nothing like that. The equipment works, it’s well-maintained and clean, and it’s NOT crowded or full of people making Tik Toks. The weights are all where they are supposed to be. There’s a lot of equipment, machines, and free weights. Plenty of cardio options as well. Apparently there are eight of these in the Dayton area and members can go to all of them with a $30/mo membership. And they’re all open 24 hours a day.I would definitely join this gym if I lived here.

We went on a Sunday morning. It was very quiet. There's a big variety of machines. The machines old, but they look and feel well maintained. The music is good so you it's not a problem if your headphones run out of battery. The locker rooms are clean.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from the gym. When I first signed up for this gym, I was promised a variety of amenities and services that they claimed would be available to me throughout the duration of my three-year contract. Unfortunately, the gym failed to deliver on any of these promises and has consistently lied to me about their ability to provide the services they advertised. Even after two years of being a member, the gym has still not been able to meet any of the goals they claimed they were working towards when I first signed up. When I called to inquire about canceling my membership due to my father's terminal illness, the gym told me that I would still be required to pay the remaining balance for the year I had left on my contract. Not only did they refuse to let me out of my contract, but they also showed a complete lack of empathy towards my situation. It is truly disappointing to see a business treat its customers with such disregard and dishonesty. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this gym to think twice before signing up. It is unacceptable for a business to make promises it cannot keep and then refuse to make amends when they fail to deliver. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this gym to anyone, and I hope that they will take steps to improve their practices and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

This gym is amazing. Mavrick is an avid manager who looks out for his members and knows many exercises that benefit my health. For those who are complaining about the "free cancelation," you are allowed to cancel at any time, but you do have to buy out your contract, and the contract does state that. Don't blame others if you don't read. Also, members are given a free cancelation if they move more than 25 miles away, become debilitating ill, or you die. If there's serious life issues that come up and you need to pause, just ask for them to freeze your account. This isn't a gym for people who want to mess around. The 3 year membership is for people who are serious about their health. Honestly, I see a lot of people around here who need to take it seriously. The fact that they are 24/7 is just an added bonus for those introverts who don't want to mess with the mid-day crowds.

A gym that advertises 24/7 access yet closes on memorial day. I didn’t read my contract word for word, but I will double check for holidays closures. Not everyone gets the day off and adjusting to a different time of day doesn’t always work. The gym was open daytime hours, but closed at one so us second shifters couldn’t use the facility.
