“I took my iPad there after a faulty repair that left my screen constantly glitching. They quoted me $160 for a full screen repair and I agreed and dropped it off to be fixed. They called the next day and explained that it didn’t need a full screen repair but a simple fix and only charged the labor fee. I was thankful for their honesty as they could’ve charged me the full price and I would’ve never known. They were fast, honest, and accurate. I definitely recommend them for your technology repairs!”

“It was the Day Before Thanksgiving and I managed to get a great deal on some Computer Parts. Only Problem was I could not install them myself. I was told by a Coworker/friend that they were amazing.She was right. They managed to get my computer parts installed, running and computer optimized All in the same Day!!. “Greatest Phone repair place ever. The week before my birthday, I dropped my iPhone 13 on my dorm room floor at the wrong angle, shattering the back glass. With a busy class schedule, I had to wait till Monday, my birthday, to get it done. I came in around 5pm and dropped it off, then came back around 7:30pm. After most of the customers left, it was me and one other dude left waiting for our back glass to be replaced. Without my phone, I was expecting the wait to be incredibly boring, but the owner struck up a conversation between the three of us. Although I do not remember their names, I feel like we became brothers after the hour we talked while waiting for our phone repairs. Since I started college, I have not had conversation so engaging and relatable with anyone in my school. Not only did the owner and the other employees stay late to complete our phones, they provided excellent customer service. The owner should be proud of how he runs his establishment. After hearing the problem with my TV, he advised me that it would be smarter to purchase a new TV than to pay for a service repair call that would probably only lead to more repairs. “Mitch is excellent. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days after I called but needed a part to come in before my appointment. I called Mitch the day of the appointment, to confirm my part had come in before I came into the store. Mitch then also fixed my device when I brought it in. He was very nice and helpful throughout my several day interaction with him. And the repair was fast.”
