Went in search of a Bilge pump got a lot of help but unfortunately they were out of stock but didn't wait long for a young man to make his many inquiries as he could to where I could pick 1 up i appreciate the help good staff thank you

Went in to return a defective golf club (the face dented after 1 range session). Called Customer Service beforehand to see if it was eligible for an even exchange and they said yes. Took the club into the store and told the manager, Sarah, everything that Customer Service told me to say instead of listening, she just argued and interrupted me. Then she said there’s nothing to do and said Customer Service was wrong. I went and called Customer Service again, explained everything, and they processed my return easily. Sarah is rude and no help so don’t waste your time.

Won’t be back employees are very dry. They don’t sell wide shoes either. The store is not for me.

Associate was quick to help us. Was helpful finding shoes that worked for me. I wanted OC, they did have my size but told me where I could find them. I had already been to that location and couldn’t get help so I decided to find a pair (that I like better.) I preferred giving my money to a store that had associates Willing to help. Store was clean.

Customers should come first. This particular store has always had a conflict with customers. I've always felt very unwelcome. I go to the other locations and feel so welcome. Don't know why it is. Hope they can get this resolved. There are other locations and other stores. This location gets my you can do better driving a little further to shop.

Connor helped my wife and I pick out our gym equipment and even educated us on the equipment. Walked out with everything I needed. Great customer service by him. Will be coming back for all my needs. Highly recommend.

My husband & daughter had traveled out of town early in the morning to a soccer tournament over an hour away from home. Once they arrived at her field location my daughter realized she left her cleats at home. They went to 2 open retailers in the area & came out empty handed. They were able to get in touch with an associate at store # 384 in Huber Heights, OH around 8 AM (prior to the store being opened) who let them in & found her cleats that fit so she could play in her tournament! I really am amazed that the employees did that for them! Customer service in many areas has fallen by the wayside & these individuals really stepped up!
