Had a 90 day prescription, but I only got ~30 capsules. When I called about it, the lady was not only unhelpful, but extremely rude asking me, "What am I supposed to do about it?". She told me I had to pay out of pocket for the rest of the capsules after already paying for 90 because I didn't tell them immediately. Afterwards, I called a different CVS (who was extremely helpful and understanding). They told me to call the previous CVS back, so I did. When I did, it was a different lady (who was also nice). After telling them my information, I could hear the first lady yelling, "I told her she had to pay out of pocket". Never getting my prescription here again, and I would advise others not to either.

Tried to have a prescription called in here. After a couple days we called to check in and they said they had it and were filling them that day. After a couple more days of not hearing back, we called again just for them to tell us they have no record of our prescription anywhere. Also sat on hold for nearly 20 mins just for them to pick it up and immediately hang up without ever speaking to me.

Website says pharmacy open until 6pm, just went thereat 1pm, and they had security windows down and were closed. This is the least reliable pharmacy ever!!! ????

Went to the pharmacy to pick up meds for family. Didn’t have everything but didn’t say anything. Called and the phone system the have is absolutely terrible.

I was just in to get my ears checked and found out I have an ear infection. The minute clinic practitioner was really nice and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and I was out of there quick ?

I will soon be out of a diabetic medication. This pharmacy claims the medication is on back order and out of stock at all CVS pharmacies within a 20 mile radius. I called CVS Caremark three days ago to ask them to transfer a prescription from the store to CVS Caremark because it is in stock with the mail order service. I talked tosomebody at CVS Caremark today and they said they reached out to this pharmacy three days ago on the 23rd for the prescription. The man told me it still has not come over to them. I was originally told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a prescription transferred. Now that will be an additional 24 to 48 hours on top of the three days since CVS Caremark has contacted this pharmacy for my prescription. I will soon have no diabetic medication.

I wish I could leave less than a one-star review! I work for a Dr's office and my job all day is calling in or checking on the status of medication refills. This CVS is the absolute WORST to deal with. They have lied to our patients about their refill status and they have lied to me regarding the status of their refills. Even when I prove them wrong, they just cover with another lie. They have hung up on me and I see in other reviews they have hung up on others. They have a 1 out of 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau and a couple thousand complaints. However do they stay in business??

This place made me feel like family. David the pharmacist and the tech (can't remember her name) went out of their way to get my meds done. They were busy with shots as the pharmacist was taking person after person to the back. Once he found out i had a pain medication needing fill and could see it on my face he stopped what he was doing to fill it. Mind you all techs are busy with people, phone calls blaring in the background.I had a browns shirt on called me by name and with a smile said calmly "take with food, browns suck, who dey, hope you feel better, take care and let me know if you have any issues or questions". Went back to work. The atmosphere was pure chaos and he had his thumb on it all.LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!!!

Twice this pharmacy has told me nothing was called in for my son. My doctor has confirmed the phone number to this location and that she has called it in. What the heck is going on with this place? They are absolutely horrible!!!

They change their hours and make you wait hours or even days for your script…and changed their hours but STILL haven’t fixed it online. This place is a joke.
