The past 2 days I have went at 9pm and they have been closed with a sign on the door.Drive all the way out here to see a sign on the door that they closed over 2 plus hours early.CLOSED EARLY AGAIN, DROVE 30 MINUTES TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, AND SIGN SAYS THEY CLOSED @ 8:30pm. 11/8/23I always call before I come to check hours and it said nothing about closing early. This is the only location that does this whenever they want to but it is thr closest one to me. Unprofessional!

This place sucks they give you a credit amount than take it back .when you made a contract for a certain amount it should stay .paid my bill on time but kept decrease my credit limit. I call this a breach of contract. BURLINGTON YOU DISSAPOINT ME AND MY FAMILY..WON'T SHOP THERE NO MORE.. Since you breach our contract l feel like l shouldn't have to pay bill no more.

I absolutely Love going to burlington. When I was young, it was just Coats now. Not only is it one of my go to places for things to get in a pinch for special occasions to wear, but my children now go here as well almost as a first before The other places they have great close and great prices always have great new styles.

The shoes are always so unorganized. It's very frustrating trying to shop in that area of the store.
