“I'd give 100 stars if I could! My boss has been singing Bobby's praises for years and every word is well-earned. He saved my butt yesterday, coming to the rescued when my car battery shut down for the third time in one day just a mile or two down the road from the shop. He was able to get my car to the shop, replaced the battery, terminals, and corroded connector, and I had my car back within a couple hours tops. He was professional, friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. Not being particularly car savvy myself, I felt comfortable in my understanding of the work to be done. “***** After eight plus years, once or twice each year, of HVAC issues. Just to have the AC go out in a few months. Kenworth of Dayton had the solution. Their Shoreline HVAC system is night and day the difference that I've spent the last twenty times in the shop trying to fix. The number one reason I will be back to Kenworth of Dayton is the mechanics took their time fixing my truck. They saved me a $400 ac line ($1200 total bill and a 7 day wait for the part) that was replaced within the last eight years. The experience and overall open-minded efficiency of the staff made for what will be a top destination to get my truck repaired correctly.”

“They weren't able to help me directly with my vehicle vibration issue due to extenuating circumstances with the shop tooling at the time, but that's totally ok as they then went above and beyond in assisting me in finding a solution for my vehicle vibration issue with another local shop and alerting me to an issue with the oil pan plug which could've left me stranded for a week. Keep up the good work! Thanks for being cautious and keeping positive customer outcomes in mind!”

“Have had a lot of Work done on all my cars including my BMW e30 Classic he knows what he’s doing and doesn’t fool around and he doesn’t try to sell you parts you don’t need because he doesn’t carry parts. He orders them from his go to store with good prices that have a warranty. He also works on Both are Toyota Avalons and my Toyota RAV4. Always excellent work. “I love how accommodating Connie and others are in trying to fit me in. Also, she and others always come across to me as being honest about what can and can't be done in a given time frame. There have been times when I've come in for a standard oil change and the current work just won't allow it on a given day, which is disappointing, but I always get a clear answer about such situations. Both their competitive pricing and full parking lot speak to how good their work is. Although I'm not always able to get in there when I'd like, I'm always glad when I can!”
