Store is torn up.Workers just on playing on their personal phones. This is the 2nd time I have tried getting service at this store.All phones are locked in a time-delay safe. No sense in having this brick & mortar store open.

Honestly it doesn't matter where the store is located, or what the cell company is. Rhe majority of my personal experiences with these type of cell service stores had Bern negative. To me all they want to do bis "sell" and make a commission. So, beware, make sure every single detail they discuss is in writing, and force them to slowly review all paperwork with you before you sign anything.Make sure you know their names, and the name and co tact info of the store manager. Fixing things after the fact is very time consuming.BEWARE of all dealings with all cell phone providers.

It is great to find a place that I can go in person to handle my cell phone needs. I had a-lot of trouble with my previous carrier, Seraj and Johnny provided great customer service, and helped with a quick transfer of several phone lines to AT&T. 5 out 5. Thank you!

Do anything to make a sale, was told my payments would not be much higher than my Verizon plan was. It's almost 3x the amount I was paying with Verizon.

I went into the AT&T store to see about purchasing a new phone and everyone that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable. I did not end up getting a new phone there because my original phone was still under warranty and I was able to replace it.

They will say anything to make that sell. Do not trust these people. I was told activation fees would fall off if I called customer service only to find out they have a STRICT policy for activation fees. I was told once I bought my new Apple Watches my old Apple Watch would fall off the bill. Truth be told, you do not get the promotion until having the old Apple Watch on your policy for a extra 90 days.

Do not go to this store. Go to a corporate store like in beavercreek. They lied about a promotion and won't honor what they told me and I'm now having to file a report with corporate because they flat out lied. Store manager was dismissive of my complaint. AVOID

This place is a joy to visit! I can't thank and say as many great words to describe my experience with Trew our AT&T rep!! He was very attentive, respectful, kind, patient, and he made sure we never felt rushed the entire time he was with us! We left extremely happy with our purchase and satisfied with our time there with Trew. I will definitely be returning for any concerns or questions at the Huber Heights AT&T store because of Trews professionalism and care!! Thank you for everything!Best customer service anyone could ask for!

Hector R. At the Huber location was able to provide a smooth transition from Verizon to AT&T. Friendly & professional service. Very happy with my purchase and service I have received with AT&T. Will recommend family and friends to visit Hector at the Huber store!
