Decided to stop by based on the good reviews. I was disappointed. I asked for a PM, engine air filter, and software update. I was informed that my truck needed an update but they couldn't do it because of an issue with their computer. However, when they brang me my bill and said I was ready to go, I noticed the total was a 900.... the thing that's upsetting is they didn't even change the engine air filter.... So 900 just for an oil change is high. I get the same service at other dealers for around 600. Now I gotta stop again to get the engine air filter changed and take care of this software update. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

I had a hefty request for service with a short amount of time to get it done, and not only did they take care of it. But they did it without a fuss, were expedient and figured out my issues in record time! I’ve always strayed away from dealers, but after this service I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back to this dealer in the future!

I only rate a 2 star for the misleading internet hours. ONLY open by appointment on Saturday to look at trucks. Drove over an hour to not even be allowed to even just look at any. VERY DISAPPOINTED and UNHAPPY about the misleading internet saying open till 5:00pm. on Sat.
This is ONLY for service!
However the young girl at the side desk was apologetic, it still doesn’t help the water of our time.

Called them with a truck going into D-rate in an hour, my driver showed up and they got him in within 10 minutes of being there. Four hours later he was going again. I appreciate the great service!

Good people! They were able to figure out my DEF problem. Somewhere in the kerfuffle of getting towed, I lost my phone. One employee took me to the Verizon store and waited till I got a new one. I couldn't be happier with the kindness and professionalism of the crew.
