I don’t know if the short blonde haired, older lady in the pharmacy hates her job or if she’s just that miserable of a person, but she does not belong in customer service. It isn’t just one experience with her either, it’s every single encounter and with each person in our household. She’s rude, has a poor attitude and treats you like you’re a burden. Update: here again, 1-8-24……same lady and yet another issue. It’s insane that there’s always an issue here. This pharmacy needs a serious employee revamp!!

We will be switching pharmacies because it’s just getting old dealing with her!!!

Don't ever expect to get a specialty drug from this place unless you want nothing more than the run around and to sit and wait. They should be ashamed at what little regard they have as to medications that people need DAILY! I can bet you they would get it in if it were for them or their staff, screw the public though.

I went today to pick up my. Prescription after 2 messages that it is ready. The pharmacist tells me the office. Cancelled my prescription . The doctors just ordered it yesterday in place of a similar medication I was having problems with. The guy was very dismissive and walked away with no thought to resolve issue.I called the physicians office spoke with the medical assistant she said the pharmacist made a mistake. They have I inexperienced staff in place with no concern for a patients health which should be. Their first concern. Update: 3/2/22I heard back from the pharmacist regarding he did acknowledge. The mistake was the. Office . The issue of him not being concerned and realizing the harm I could suffer of not having this medication was not addressed nor his lack of hospitality towards me. He did shine on my after emergency hospital visit medications. He showed med medication conflicts . He did awesome and I appreciate that. I know he is busy serving all customers. Just please beware this job. Is not. A restaurant or. Department store. Actual lives are in your hands. Thank you for any misunderstanding. I applaud your attention to my medication and hope to enjoy Walgrens going forward.

I should start it saying my husband tells me all the time to stay out of Walgreens. Lol he says I spend too much here. But the staff at Hubbard Walgreens are just so wonderful and kind. They always have what I need, they know me and they are so helpful. I will not go anywhere else. No loss leaders can truck me into other stores. It's not worth losing the customer service.
