2 days in a row, the arm didn't lift like it has in the pass. I paid for the gold package and had 2 more weeks of use, but this is a hassle. Cancelled immediately. Never going back. Joined ModWash due to the good rating of 4.9

I prefer the old school wash, its reasonably priced for the washes in the area and I love that they have a real person pre-wash. Machine's ignore gratuitous insect splatter.
