Moving from Pa to Texas between Thanksgiving and Christmas could be stressful. Unless you use Upack. Customer service was absolutely superb, from speaking with Pj on the phone in Hubbard, Ohio to the gentleman that picked up the cubes here in The Woodlands, Texas an hour ago. I recommend this company with confidence.

This company was less than half of a uhaul and moving companies. I was quoted $4,500 to move my 2 bedroom from Ny to OH. I filled the 24 foot trailer almost with 5 feet to spare,, hired 2 movers for $200 to load and 2 movers for $200 to unload from uhaul labor only . It cost me about $2400 to do the job that every moving company wanted..This company dropped off my trailer the day they said in the time they said,, got it delivered to my new address withen 3-4 days like promised and ON TIME. Then picked it up the next day. Extremely happy great company and would deff use them again always !!!

We used upack to move us from California to Ohio for an EAS. We had a wonderful experience with them. They delivered quick and it was super easy! We got to pack our own things and we had zero damages to our items. Their customer service was phenomenal and always answered any questions. Would use them again and recommend!

I have used U-Pack twice for long distance moves. I have been happy with their service up until this location. I scheduled the trailer to be picked up on a Friday. They didn’t show up, with no notification. I called them and was told they couldn’t get to it, and it would have to wait until Monday. This means this huge truck will be sitting on a narrow residential street for three days. Basically, the response I got from them was so sad too bad. The amount of money I have spent with this company deserved a courtesy call at minimum. I will never recommend this company again because of the poor service of this location.

Dan and his team at the Hubbard , Ohio location were excellent to work with. Delivery was on time and we when realized we needed an additional pod, they made sure we got it the very next day. The shipment to Florida arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this team if you are planning a move locally or out of state.

U-Pack is an incredible service. I used them to move cross country (New York to Washington) and had no problems. The amount of communication was perfect - they let me know when next steps were necessary, and were accommodating. It was a 10 day drive and my Cube arrived in Washington after 5 business days, but was held for the remainder of the time it took to get there to pick it up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no-nonsense move.

I was a logistics manager for years and this company was the best way to move. The truck was ontime everyone was professional. I had it loaded and they picked up on time as well. Got to Florida from Ohio in 3 days. Picked up Friday delivered Monday. My belongings were behind a locked door. Also, anyone that I spoke to in the office was personable and knowledgeable. Easy and economical.

Awesome job, fantastic value! We searched for months looking to move our household items in the most economical way. U-Pack provided the ideal solution at a price that was almost half that of other self pack companies. The entire process was simple and by far the best value on the market. They delivered the trailer exactly as they promised and picked it up right on time. They drove it to our new home in South Carolina and delivered it right on time, and they did it almost at the same price I would have paid to rent a truck and drive it myself. I highly recommend them for your moving needs, and without a doubt would use them again if the need should arise.
