I want to let everyone know that Dove Storage located in Hubbard has some questionable business practices. My mother rented a unit from them in the middle of February. When she rented, she was charged a security deposit, they pro-rated the month and charged for the month of March. She called today to let them know she would be moving out tomorrow. Having paid a pro-rated amount moving in, you would expect her to pay a pro-rated amount moving out. Nope. They won't give her credit for the half month early she is moving out. I have never known a business to do such a thing. They obviously don't care about their customers. I informed them that we would be posting this info on social media, and the agent didn't care.i have NEVER heard of a business willing to lose their reputation over something so stupid, but, here it is.

My mother rented a unit in the middle of February, she called today to let them know that she would be moving her stuff out tomorrow and needed to get the instructions on what she needed to do. What an amazing storage facility in a great location. They have units of all sizes, all drive up units. Great customer service on the phones and work with the customer to make sure all needs are taken care of promptly.
I will not rent storage anywhere else!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone, I had 4 units and it was nothing but a headache for a month, I only had them for a month !!! They charge you for the next month before it even becomes the next month, you are better off at uhaul storage

Getting a storage unit has never been easier! Easy to follow steps online. I had the keys and unit the same day. Super clean and easy access 24 hours a day with a security gate. The prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend!

We have used this storage place for over a year and really like it. Prices are reasonable. Secure gate access and very convenient location. **Edit my recommendation because after canceling storage they continue to bill credit card. The company did refund the over billing and apologized. Just be wary of automatic billing. Do not take their word it’s canceled. It’s always just a glitch.

Electric light hanging, gate broke but got fixed, mold on the wall.. it was close to what we needed but I had to clean it up.
