Terrible service. I walked in and no one greeted me or said hello. I waited at the desk and no one came over to wait on me. I wanted a gel nail manicure. New Dawn was a horrible experience. Online it said they opened at 9am. That was a lie. I waited a whole hour and never got waited on.

Alex has done my hair for a while now, and it comes out so perfectly every single time. i have a TON of a hair and she never rushes with me and always does such a precise and wonderful job on my highlights. i highly recommend going to alex, she definitely will not disappoint!

I just left from a session with Rich. I have a history of back pain, surgeries the whole nine. When I walked in I could barley move, multiple spots in so much pain. I feel 100 times better. I will be going back, thanks Rich
