Everytime I call to get a warm body on the phone, nobody answers or I have to listen to 5 minutes of an automated computer rambling on.

Don’t use the atm here! Atm ate my deposit and I had to call to get it fixed! Not worth the hassle here.

Worst customer service ever. Branch closed my account, lied to me, and treated me like a lesser person when I tried to explain my issue. Literally Debbie smiles and shugs her shoulders. She is an instigator and does nothing to defuse the situation only make it worse. She has no business working in customer relations and would be much happier on unemployment Im sure. What a treat....And I'm pretty sure it's against policy to leave ALL of your banking information (account number, routing number) on a general voice-mail box.High security risk if you use this branch!!!Go somewhere else!!!!

The people working in this branch are rude and treat customers with disrespect. Not only was I treated ignorantly by the teller handling my issue but the teller sitting next to her was very rude to the customer he was speaking with as well. I've closed my business and personal accounts with Huntington and moved to First National across the street. They treat me much better.

Door commie here would not allow me to enter because I would not disclose my medical issues with her. This is a major discrimination issue here! Was told they were, "at capacity" even though there was only TWO people in the ENTIRE lobby. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Was told if I wanted to get my money out I would have to stand in line with CARS in the drive-up teller area. Breathing those fumes in while waiting was a lovely experience. I will be closing my accounts with Huntington and moving my funds to a different bank ASAP..

Slowest drive through anywhere. Huntington used to be quicker at the drive through than the atm. Now it seems like they're trying to save money and force people to use the atm to hire fewer tellers. People sometimes need more cash than the atm allows forcing them into the grossly slow drive through.

Yesterday at around 2:15pm I went through the drive thru with my 2 granddaughters in the backseat. The young lady (didn’t get her name) was so sweet and made sure everything was right before she turned off her microphone. In this time when everyone is on a short fuse she made the 3 of us laugh. Thank you
