I stopped at 5 music stores while driving across Ohio and you guys were the first that could hook me up with a box to ship my vintage bass to myself in California. Used to shop here when I lived near Ytown as a kid, great to see you all are still thriving and providing great service.

Honorable people and qualified. Brian fixes my guitars and Scott teaches me about them (both are quite good at what they do and both ‘care’ about their clients / customers). … The other staff members seem down to earth yet competent and very good to deal with as well. Never a negative experience .. always a good visit and I’m there weekly (literally).

My son loves his trumpet and his lesson coach Wyatt. He enjoys his visit every week! He has ADHD so this is very exciting that he is sticking with it all because of Wyatt being able to communicate, his patience, and gentle nature with my 8 year old. We appreciate Hubbard music and the employees there for helping us be able to afford the trumpet and making it easy to make payments monthly! Thank you all for the great experiences and helping my little musician grow his craft!

We stopped there after going to golden corral..this place is way better than the (Snobs at Marks music)...there were w hip guys who actually know about warranties and what type of speaker is in the Ampeg bass amp!..they have a great selection of new and used instruments!..my old time bass..to heavy..might want to s€ll it soon!

The way music stores used to be. When independent stores were the norm, you'd buy a guitar and the sales person would take it, change the strings, make sure it was set up right and polish it. They'd send you away with a store shirt. That is the experience I had with Hubbard Music. But here's the kicker.. they did all of this when I bought it ONLINE. In a highly transactional world, it's great to know that there is still this kind of experience out there. Thanks for being awesome - TJ is the best.
