I took a picture of your delivery truck blocking the exit of the Pharmacy drive thru. Customers have to turn to the right and come around to the entrance since they can't go out thru the exit. I nearly collided with a customer that had to exit through the entrance of the drive thru as I was pulling in. Extremely dangerous. I did tell the clerk Carla that i eas shaken and she told me that she hears customers complain all the time about everything. She said all I could do is contact CVS and they will have to close the store down for deliveries. They have been doing this for 23 years. I think there is way beyter options than that. That eas uncalled for. I'm not returning. We have other pharmacies in town that people can go to.

I personally wanna say this pharmacy and its employee service is absolutely trash. Attitude trash. Filling possible life saving prescription trash. I also just wanna say because of this pharmacy and its employees mistake. My dog had seizure after seizure and went blind. I hope for any of you who do go to this pharmacy you’re re not going for any Important medication. Most importantly for the employees who work here maybe we can try a better system for actually keeping track of prescription! So possibly other animals or people don’t have to die or go blind because you can keep track of 1 prescription. Lastly to all of you their working just a friendly tip after you screw up don’t just keep saying sorry actually correct the issue and if you can’t there is obviously a problem.

I hope I didn't make a mistake by switching to CVS. Half an hour on the phone waiting and finally hung up.

I stopped off to pick up two items. Both items were out of stock. A wasted shopping trip.

One person to cover the front of the store and she was busy stocking shelves from cartons on the floor. They need help.

After surgery, my doctor phoned in a three supply of a pain medication. I received the automated call from CVS Hubbard to tell me my pain medication was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up, not only was the prescription not ready, the pharmacy didn’t even have the medication in stock. They would not be able to fill the prescription for five days and it’s only a three days worth of medicine.

The dark hair older cashier needs to learn to deal with people. I really like that store but the last two times I was there, she likes to argue with customers instead of saying I apologize for inconvenience and let it go, but she has to have last word. On better note, the pharmacy is very nice and efficient.

I don't recommend the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes for two cars in front of me. It's only one lane too. So if someone pulls in behind you you're stuck waiting.

I only visit this cvs for the pharmacy and it used to be a pleasant experience at the drive thru. Someone thought it was a good idea to do Covid-19 test at the pharmacy drive thru window. How inconsiderate this is for people in need of medication. I sat in the drive thru 30min and all I needed was to pick up my medicine. This was very frustrating for me and I'm sure many others like me feel the same. You really should rethink this decision because I'm thinking about going to a pharmacy that doesn't hold up the pharmacy drive thru with covid-19 testing. Some medication is a matter of life or death. This is unacceptable!
