Second Verizon store I went to today, second Verizon store I’m disappointed with. The salesman couldn’t give me a straight answer about what the plan would cost, and was very vague with any details. The plans available in store don’t match what’s advertised online, and the salesmen have no way to override the system. They’re not salesmen anymore, just a person hitting buttons. If that’s all Verizon has to offer just put a kiosk at the desk and let me do it myself. They took any sort of customer service away, and replaced it with a sterile corporate environment. Train your people, fix the customer experience, and stop making it so difficult to be a customer

Brennen and the trainee were absolutely amazing. They were very patient even when we had to come back. They held great conversation even while we were in the waiting process so the time it did take was easy to bare unlike normal visits anywhere else. It felt great to receive such amazing customer service.

I went to the Verizon store at Spring Meadows because of poor service with my T-Mobile phone I was greeted quickly and assisted by the most knowledgeable gentlemen that did their very best, without even trying, to make sure I was informed of everything and that I had everything I needed. Will definitely make this my home store!
