Megan Leanne did an amazing job cutting my hair today! My hair texture changed after having children and I had never had a proper haircut as a curly-haired person, so, being unsure as to who to trust with my hair, I searched Google reviews and found a ton of positive reviews, including quite a few mentioning curly hair, for someone named Megan at a different salon. When I called that salon, I was told that she now worked at the Salon at Ulta Beauty, and I was able to book an appointment with her the same day. I’m soooo glad I did! She was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, was understanding and accommodating of my sensory issues (I’m autistic), took her time helping me learn how to properly care for and style my hair, and gave me a beautiful, quality cut. I will definitely be back to see her again!

I got my brows done by Nicole and he was AMAZING! She asked my questions, mapped out where she would be waxing, we talked a lot and on top of everything she did a beautiful job!! 10/10 recommend!

Before, I went to two other make-up shops and no one really knew what they were doing or seemed like they cared. Luckily going to ulta was three times the charm! I have no idea what will look good on me. I went up to Lorena, and she went above and beyond for me! I’ve been self conscious and she was so understanding and made me feel like a million bucks! She helped me find the perfect make-up that makes me feel confident! I am for sure coming back again!

Walked in with granddaughters and first thing I saw was the Clinque I use half off, today only. SO EXCITED. Saved me from ordering online. Granddaughters found what they wanted. All left happy ? great service to.

My daughter wanted a certain eye curler. I spoke to a lady named Holly from home, and not only did she find it for me, but put it behind the counter for me to pick up the next day. It's 1 of a few things my daughter asked for her birthday. So awesome ?

Love this store. My mom and I frequent it quite often. I just recently started getting my eyebrows laminated there. First time, my experience was great. Nicole was wonderful! The only thing I didn't love was the tint, as my eyebrows are already really dark. No big deal, I booked the service, my fault.So I booked again, this time for lamination, wax and shape only.The service was great, and Nicole was very pleasant all throughout the service. At the end of the service and after I did a little shopping, I went to the register to pay, and I noticed I was charged for a tint. I brought this up to the cashier and she ended up bringing Nicole to the register to see what happened. Nicole proceeded to tell me that indeed she did do a tint (even though she didn't tell me that) because it was what "I normally get".... I've gotten my brows done there once, she made it seem like I was a long time of customer of hers and that tint was a regular thing for me. Not to mention, she never mentioned what service she was performing on me before she started. Not once did she ask me if I was doing tint. She just assumed, without even looking at the scheduled appointment. And then, when brought to her attention, she didn't even correct the issue, but instead made me pay the additional $15 for the tint even though I did not ask for it. And yes my eyebrows are still too dark. I just thought it was the lamination process that did that, but no, it was because she put tint on there again.Very, very dissapointed as $15 just cost her a customer. I will not be returning and will spend my money elsewhere to get my eyebrows done.Super dissapointed as I work in customer service as well and that was just a shady tactic to get more commission. Well jokes on you because that $15 would've been an additional tip.Seek your eyebrow services elsewhere. Save your money and time.

I rarely post poor reviews so it has to be significant to make me say something. The past three times I've been in there an older, gray haired woman has made my shopping experience uncomfortable. She will not leave you alone even though you've repeatedly told her that you don't need help. She doesn't just hover she GETS IN THE WAY. She will not move and I cannot continue to look at products because she is just standing there, staring at me, IN THE WAY, right in front of the products that I am trying to sample/see. I would have most likely purchased more this last time I was in, but after three visits with this obnoxious behavior I was done. I bought what I had in my hands (which she attempted to take away from me and take up to the cashier) There is a line between aloof loss prevention observation and obstructionist behavior and she's crossed it three times with me. I will go to Sephora at Kohl's from now on.
