I moved out a day before my storage was due. Cancelled it at the kiosk. It doesn’t say anything about taking your debit card off the account first! I got a email confirming the unit was canceled, thank you for using spare box ect. Then they tried to take $110 out of my bank the next day. They told me you have to call and get your card removed? That doesn’t even make sense. Plus it doesn’t say anything about it on the kiosk of the cancellation email they send.

It was easy to sign up but upon arrival my spot wasn’t accessible for my vehicle due to the car parked next to me was over too far.

Would leave 0 if I could. Rented a parking spot, coke to find out it wouldn’t work, so called them to cancel the spot, someone else parked their camper in our spot so they wouldn’t do anything about it, and continued to charge us for the spot after being told multiple times it’s not our unit. They don’t care about any customer just getting their money. Absolutely would never recommend them to anyone.

LeAnn was wonderful, helping me find my spare box storage unit. She was friendly and helpful and patient as I had to drive to the facility across the street to find my proper unit. She answered all my questions and provided kind help. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service LeAnn!

Chelsie was absolutely amazing. When I tell you give her a raise do something I don’t know she was completely amazing. She was kind she was professional. She was patient she was thorough. She helped me with everything and I like that the storage unit keep their facility open one hour longer than other competitors in the area so that you have more access to your stuff. Definitely if you’re a busy person that needs to go back-and-forth from the storage unit and doesn’t always get things done during business hours so this storage unit is really the best place to go and their customer service was phenomenal

KC did a wonderful job in helping me get a refund for my last month, since I moved out on the 3rd of the month. Also it was a great experience! My only problem was I wish they had an on site dumpster for there customers. Other then that it was a painless move in store my things and move out an all can be done contactless from your phone or at the Kiosk at the front of the building. Thanks again!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY NEVER REFUND THEIR ERRORS!
I went in to rent a climate control storage, the self service machine said that the storage that i was renting was climate control, after i paid and got in it wasn’t climate control, it’s been 4 month’s already and after 8 calls they still saying that a corporate area need to approve it even having the calls recorded from the same day that i rented it and noticed that it wasn’t like it supposed to be. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND DON’T LIE THE CUSTOMER WITH YOUR SELF SERVICE MACHINES!
