“We were in Perrysburg from out of town for the loss of a family member. During our drive we noticed the brakes/rotars were pulsating when braking. We looked up local service centers with the best ratings and chose Perrysburg Automall Service Center. We called John and he set us up for the next day. He even said that they had a shuttle service that would transport us home while they worked on it. I was a little skeptical being from out of town and had requested that the old parts be returned as we were told that not one but all 4 rotars and brakes needed replaced. We went with the recommendations. The gentleman who shuttled me home, Dave, was great. He was courteous and very accommodating. He even said if I needed a ride back to get the vehicle, give him a call. They were all fantastic!! Speedy at getting the work done and it drove like a dream. “My brakes were bad... but I wasn't sure how bad. Apparently, I was down to one barely functioning caliper ? the team at Hudsons took care of me right away. They had the car for about 24 hours and completely replaced pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses. This baby stops on a dime with 10 cents change now!! Super polite, professional, and priced just right! (any cheaper and it would be suspicious). Highly recommend the team at Hudsons!!”
