    If I could give zero ☆s, I would. I waited on hold for over an hour, only to have the representative hang up on me. All I wanted to do was make a payment from a prepaid card that can't be used online.

    This is the sec day I'm trying to switch a bill I'm my name I've spoken to two ppl and placed back on hold an hour and 24mins later I'm still waiting should not take this long on a Wednesday morning

    I have tried to call this company with no luck. The wait times are ridiculous. Sent them an email with pro mise of a reply which never came. Shame on them. Terrible customer service
