I was a long term customer and purchased all of my tires from this location for years. This morning I picked up a nail in my tire when leaving for Detroit at 8:30, so I went right over to Belle tire. There i was told it would be late morning early afternoon before they could fit it in. I explained I had to be in Detroit in 2 hours, but the service manager could care less for helping out a customer. I then went down the street to AAA service center and they got me right in. Looks like I found a new supplier for my tires.

Was told by a service man to go to a “local custom rim shop” to shop for rims. I thought that’s what you guys were. After doing some research I learned that you guys can just order the rims yourselves. The guy clearly didn’t want to do the work. I called a different Belle tire and they told me to come on over and they will measure and find the right rim. I don’t recommend this location

Not happy at all paid 2700.00 to get my truck fixed had to take it back 3 times! !!!! Still is fixed !!!! They said they fixed it but NOPE!!!!! So I’m out of faith in places like this !!!!! The only reason I gave them a star is because it won’t let me post without one

Took my car 2 other places prior to this location, both times my car was worse than I arrived. But the holland belle tire was able to fix every issue my car had! So thankful !

Knowledgeable, Speedy, Trustworthy, highly recommend this team for your service needs. I needed pressure switches replaced along with a few other things. They had the jeep back on the road next day -- with a 12 month warranty on their work. I'll be back.

My son was told they could not do a tire repair do to stripped lug nuts, I took the tire off my self and there was nothing wrong with the lugs or studs, the laziness of the younger generation just pisses me off. They just lost me as a costumer for life....

This place used to be Michael tire. There was always a wait to fix a flat. I am glad that Belle tire is at this location. I had gotten a flat tire earlier that morning and my husband put a donut tire on so that I could get to work. Luckily I made it on time. I went to Belle tire after work about 4:30 and they were extremely busy. However, I explained to the employee my concern about driving on a donut in this rainy weather and how far I have to commute for work. They were accommodating by fixing my flat immediately. I was so relieved and I wasn't charged. The staff are professional and I had a 15 minute wait. Belle Tire rules!

Ed was amazing I walked in the door scared an needed help. I couldn’t open my hood to pour coolant and Ed right from the beginning was helpful there was a couple of guys but Ed stepped right up !!!!!!!and I Thank him for his Help great guy I will always remember an recommend Ed for service

Matt helped me out with my tire pressure and answered my questions about what happens to tires in cold air. He was very knowledgeable and even offered to put the correct amount of air in my tires. I appreciate his customer service. Above and beyond!

Had an issue with a nail in my tire. Purchased and had my tires installed new from Belle Tire at a different location. This location was great and fixed my flat and repaired the tire with no cost and no questions asked.

Three years ago I bought 4 Michelin tires from this store and the warranty for a total of $1050. Now one of them has a small leak so I called to set up an appointment and was told just bring it down and we'll work it in. So I did and was told we don't have time, l will never never darken their door again 25 years I've been doing business with them, never again!
