We are doing a complete bathroom remodel, and we needed help thinking through all of the tile options. Tiffany and Alayna were incredibly helpful and were able to design exactly what we wanted. Helpful sales people, great products and fair prices ... we highly recommend the Tile Shop.

The tile is nice but they have a short window of time for returns. The "pros" they refer you to are unreliable and flaky. I have had the tiles for atleast 3 years and the two estimates I had agreed upon the guys kept pushing back the install dates and never show up when given multiple days and weeks to choose from. Unless you are a bit@! I guess you get taken advantage of. Don't buy from them unless you plan on installing it yourself. Otherwise you will find yourself out thousands of dollars and crap tiles taking up space. And they are pricey.

Holland store ….. Did a full bathroom remodel. The selection was amazing. Logan was wonderful to work with. So helpful and great suggestions. Will definitely be back for next bathroom.

They don't have stock readily available. I had my handyman ready to go. I didn't have 2 weeks to wait on tile. So they lost out on a sale. Very friendly and helpful sales people.

If you can't find what you need no one has it. There was so much to choose from.Did order our back splash from them. Didn't see anything like it at any of the box stores.

The Tile Shop, in Holland, Ohio never disappoints! I would ask BEN for assistance because he has the best eye when it comes to design. He listens to your needs and puts together exactly what you want to create a bathroom masterpiece!!!! Thank you, Ben!!!Steve Makey, our contractor, is the person that will make your bathroom come to life! He is dependable, honest, hard-working, and has great rates…..tough to come by nowadays! The quality of his work….. well, the pictures say it loud and clear! PERFECTION!!! This is why we have used him for all of our remodeling.Construction begins October 22nd on our master bathroom. Soon, it will come to life like our other bathrooms!!!Thank you, Ben, for creating the masterpieces AND Steve for bringing them to life!

Great staff, and very helpful at the Holland, Ohio location.After a box store failed to quote the proper reducer piece, the staff at The Tile Shop were able to get me what I need in only 2 days...the evening before the floor tile was to be installed.For my next tile project, I am for sure going through The Tile Shop!Keep up the great work! Helpful staff with positive attitudes are hard to find these days.
