My nephew had his tires balanced 4 days ago today we are changing his brakes only 2 of his lug nuts are tightened this young man travels the highway on a daily bases loose lug nuts can cause a dangerous situation

I've taken my car in for service 3 times, and the automotive staff are just the worst. Even on the phone they always present dry, rude, and irritable. I would not recommend them at all.

I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.

I am the owner of 2 family owned restaurants. We shop at Sam’s regularly and am always pleased with my experience there. The staff is always helpful - in fact have gone out of their way more than once to make sure I get what I need but can’t find! I would like to mention specifically the meat department, bakery and the greeters/staff that help at self checkout. They are always pleasant and helpful. I wish people could slow down, appreciate the fact that these individuals have shown up to work and cut everyone some slack!! Me and mine appreciate each of you for your dedication to your job and the cheerful way in which you perform it. Keep up the good work!!

For some reason Sam's refuses to apply any rules to entry and exit to the pumps. Lots of fun language with all of the gymnastics of cars trying to get in and out.

This is a fun place to shop. Food, beverages, clothes, cleaning products, health/self-care, electronics, jewelry, gifts, home items, indoor/outdoor pieces and so much more. My family brought me some delicious plant-based and vegan items; sushi, queso, cheeses, bakery items, snacks and a protein shake, just to name a few. I even got a few cool cute jackets, zip-ups and other wearables. Most recently, I tried a new snack sized plant-based cheese from a well-known (to me) brand - so rich and creamy - fantastic. Large cases of one of my fav sodas and other bulk items I've really enjoyed - definitely worth a membership. Thank you!

The collective IQ of the Toledo area isn’t enough figure out how to utilize the gas station here efficiently. Whoever designed the fuel pump area HAS to be a Toledo native because it’s absolutely stupid.

Their fruit was actually extremely fresh for the winter it was a nice surprise! They have really good prices and a great selection especially for family meals ! Can also find some limited edition options here that you wouldn't see in the normal grocery store ! Great membership price I highly recommend! And the best part is CHEAPER GAS ‼

Newer member here: I've visited a few times anf each time has been a super easy experience. Although I wish they had a bit more of variety when it comes to their pet section. The store is extremely clean and well just and it is easy to find an employee if you ever need assistance. Their app is also mega easy to use. The scan and go feature is by far the most convenient feature. I literally can scan and skip the checkout line. So far my membership experience has been a good one!

I used curbside pickup. Waited kind of long. They put a goodie bag in my trunk with my order with an energy drink, can of pop, package of instant oatmeal, and a package of rice. It was a great surprise! Thank you Sam’s club!
