This people is give the houses in bad condThese people deliver the houses to you in very bad conditions, the woman and the man who are in maintenance don't even know what they're doing, they say they are going to clean the house and they don't clean anything, the person who is going to move into the house ends up cleaning the house, they don't repair things. Before people move into the houses, after the contract ends, they say it was the tenants so as not to return the deposit, be honest and don't steal money from people. My recommendation is to look for another place to rent. Another thing, Denise Smith is a very rude person with tenants, tenants send her emails and she doesn't respond back, these people have to be reported to the city, understand that as tenants you have rights, don't be afraid of them with intimidating letters or you can also. Before renting a house, look for an inspector to verify if the houses are in conditions to live in. Please be very careful as well, when it comes time to return your deposit they will deduct money because they fixed many things and the house was rented a week later.

Realtor Joan was great. But when it comes to the office and maintenance it is horrible. Communication is bad. My son moved in having to clean after them. No one returns calls been waiting to talk to Denise about issues she has not called. Maintenance comes over half do job bc office tells them to leave and with that my son has poison ivy laying all over his yard. Stove is a fire hazard. Hanging electrical wires hanging low in the backyard also a fire hazard. People in the office laugh at your concerns. Shannon mumbles while on the phone Im being difficult all bc Im asking to speak with upper management and her reply is they just gonna refer you to the office manager. He’a paid for yard work only to have them come to do a horrible job and leave more messes. We can’t even get him in to enjoy his home. And it comes down to them not caring. Wondering if the landlord knows how they are really keeping his property. Home has potential but they care less to have the home up to par for the tenant. Its poison ivy everywhere on the ground and he roommates with groundhogs. Not cool nor professional. Forgot to mention they are not organize. I asked to be called b4 maintenance changed locks so someone is present and they came anyway with no one there. They dont care about they tenants but quick to collect that check…..

Is they were taking care of a property next to mine. Is every tenant that moved in was terrible. They must not do a very good job screening them. I told them about problems repeatedly. The manager did come out finally but it took forever to get something done.

Been a tenant in one of thier properties for 7 years. They've always took care of me, no questions asked. Problems at the property maintenance was there relatively quick. I've heard horror stories of other management companies not taking care of their tenants, can not and will not say Rylan realty group are one of those companies. Great experience and good dealings with them.

Paid rent four days early and a week and a half into the next month we were given an EVICTION NOTICE on door. Called them on the phone said we paid and have proof from the bank. They said sorry we misplaced the check and two days later got another call asking when the rent money will be paid. They have horrible communication.

I was once threatened with blackmail because I posted a 1 star review while I lived in one of their properties. They said they would post pictures of my house on the inside while I still lived in it which is very illegal. Avoid at all cost.

When they bought the house we were living in and took over our lease, they never took our very valid complaints about our neighbors seriously. They would just send passive-aggressive general emails to all tenants instead of addressing the ones who were causing problems directly. The cops visited our home 12 times in the 9 months we had to share the house with our neighbors. After we moved out, it took almost two months to get our deposit back and THEN they hiked the price of our units way up like the house isn’t in the hood… $1600 when you hear gun shots almost every night!? Laughable. I couldn’t wait to cut ties with this company. They never even pretended to have any interest in us as tenants or forming any sort of positive relationship.

Rylan realty group is amazing, I was in need of a new place but having no luck so I came across an ad for a place for rent owned by Rylan. I took a chance and contacted them Thursday morning and by Friday even I had the keys to my new house. Joni is amazing and was so very helpful in the whole process and now I'm happy to say we have an amazing house in a good neighborhood. I will recommend them to anyone I know in need. I look forward to having Joni as my landlord for years to come hopefully.

Pam is an A++++ realtor! She was able to resolve multiple issues for both the seller and for us as buyers. And she did so with amazing speed! Communication is one of the most important aspects of buying and selling a home. Pam excels in this area. There's a reason she's been in the business for this long. Pam loves her work and her clients. Thank you Pam!
