Long pharmacy line inside and out, don't always receive medication scripts takes days to even get it. The app doesn't show you if your script is filled or any refills remaining on any medication.

Just literally had someone behind the pharmacy counter close the gate in my face after he finished up with the person in front of me and said that they were closed for lunch.

I work for a prescription delivery company and came to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy during 1:30-2:00. I regularly pick up prescriptions from Rite Aid & CVS during this time when the pharmacy is on lunch hour and somebody always meets me at the side door with the prescriptions. I was rudely told "Yeah, don't come during 1:30-2:00" by a black haired pharmacist. She said they would make an exception and help me this time (Meanwhile a full staff was behind the counter)... I don't get to pick and choose when I arrive for the delivery.

Kyle went above and beyond to help me in the pharmacy today. Even after I left the store, he did what he could and called me back to tell me what he could do. Customer service is so important and I appreciate Kyle and his work ethic today. Thank you for making my mothers day weekend that much better!

Been trying to get my script filled for 2 months now. I know there is a back order but other people who use this pharmacy seem to be getting it just fine. Was told to maybe try a different med lol. Disappointed for sure.

Went to Rite Aid to get photos for passports but when taken the pictures appeared very light and washed out. Went back again for a retake. They were a little better. However, when preparing to mail our passport renewals, we were told at the Post Office our pictures would not be accepted. So, once again we will spend more time to do another retake elsewhere.

The pharmacist or the attendant shut the door in my face. I stayed in the drive through line, waited for my time and when it came (1:36PM) the lady told me the pharmacy was closed for lunch and would not attend me that moment. I even replied I was waiting in line for my chance not aware it was lunch time.... she replied she checked the two vehicles before me and that according to her arrived before lunch time, and I should come later.So... why you advertise online that you keep pharmacy open from 10:00AM to 6:00PM when you close for lunch?If you are so rigid about closing for lunch, why don't you keep a sign in the drive through line saying "pharmacy closed"?Why this pharmacy doesn't keep at least a team to deliver medication during others lunch time?I think your stock price is a reflection of your customer treatment. Try to improve that.It is a shameful customer treatment in this place.

NICE STORE. LOCATED 2 MINUTES FROM OUR HOME. I FIND DIFFERENT STUFF IN THERE AND LOVE THE CONVIENIENCE OF THE LOTTERY MACHINE THAT ALLOWS ME TO PURCHASE MY TICKETS AND PICKS WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE OR NEED ASSIATANCE. ASSOCIATES ARE PRETTY MUCH FRIENDLY AND THE PRICES ARE ABOUT AVG TO WHAT OTHER CHAINS CHARGE
