“A ok pet supply store. It has the usual things, a little under stocked. I was looking for an item for my cat and it wasn't on the shelves. I asked at the register and someone from the back brought them out to me which was nice. Again, with a lot of retail stores a big push about surveys. Overall ok.”

“I need to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful (and I mean WONDERFUL) people at Paws and Remember Pet Crematory. Zoe's death was totally unexpected, in the middle of the night and up in MI. We took her with us and drove the 3 hours back to Toledo (arriving at 7 am) as we wanted no one but Todd Parker, the remarkable Facility Director and Operations Manager of Paws, to take care of her. He met us there and his compassion for our loss and devastation was such a comfort. We've used them with our other babies. Todd will come to your house . Vet pick up is every 2-3 days, not once a week as with other services (I simply can't even think of my beloved pet being in a cooler until a vet's weekly pick up) Turnover is 3 days or fewer and home delivery is an option. The owner Steve Turner has built this company based on trust and integrity. If you know Steve, you'll know why.”
“We stopped in as we were passing by the area. We like to check out random (non-chain) pet stores and shops when traveling. Really cool little place, down-to-earth staff, eager to help out. The pig that lives in the store is vocal and sweet and a bit bossy, we were told, and Peapod the Amazon was friendly and talkative, but read his sign, he's a biter! If we were more local, we would likely make this our go-to store as they carried every brand we give our pets, and at the same or better prices than what we pay now. Great shop with a lot to offer and worth checking out despite the area having a bit of an uneasy feeling to it. 5 stars without question.”
“After a disappointing drive to Toledo where Aquarium World denied my girlfriend and I service we called this place. They were AMAZING to us. Their store is the cleanest salt water store I have seen since moving to Ohio. They served us well after closing time. And even tried to piece together a filter they had in the back to sell us for a DIY idea I had. All their fish were happy and healthy. We ended up buying more than we originally were going to. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you Coral Reef for treating us well and providing warm cheerful service.”

“I usually shop the Alexis Rd. PSP, but since I was shopping near this Sylvania location I stopped there. I was happy to find the dog food brand (and specific variety) that I always buy. In other words, I appreciate the consistency of product choices throughout the various locations. And, the friendliness/ helpfulness of the employees also seems to be the case chainwide.”

“We purchased a male puppy from Sandy and Co. back in April, and he is just an absolute bundle of joy. Healthy, intelligent, energetic and an incredibly friendly temperament. It’s obvious that Sandy knows the breed and truly loves all these dogs.The go-home package was great and our little guy still loves some of the toys Sandy gave him. Highly recommend for Shih Tzu puppies in NW Ohio!”
