“I've been doing business with this company for several years, over 20. I have trust issues but not with this company. My car window wasn't working, because on my car's age and lack of available used parts they couldn't fully repair the window. However, they did a great job making the window stay up and secure. “What an incredible auto shop. They are loyal, honest, have integrity, and character. We originally thought we would need a new alternator. It turns out it was just a belt and a much less expensive fix. A lot of places would have still replaced the alternator and made more money. But Walz blew us away by being honest and just charging for what was actually wrong. What a blessing. We will be returning clients forever and will send all referrals we can. In an industry that’s known for distrust and rip offs- we are SO glad to have found a safe & trustworthy car shop. No one else compares! THANK YOU”

“✨10 Minute Oil Change✨ is the onlyyyy place I will let do my oil changes and if they are closed, I will wait another day until they open to get an oil change. My husband and I have been going there for years and he flips cars so we are in here pretty frequently and they are very nice people and very trusting. The best part about it, if you’re going in for just a routine oil change, by the time the mechanic is done getting your information and paying, they are done with your car! as a woman going to any car shop, it can be intimidating bcI don’t know a lot about cars but, they have always made me feel comfortable and tell me exactly what they are doing under the hood. Just good people?

“The service used to be great when this was tireman. Since it's become belle tire the people are still friendly, but you can't make an appointment for a damn thing. First come first served. If you have to drop off your vehicle for an oil change because it's going to take four hours, well that's just your bad luck.
UPDATE: I got a response from the manager. A lot of companies today don't give a damn about a singular customer, but he apologized and asked me to give them another chance, and covered the oil change. This dude kept a customer and kept my loyalty to this location.”

“ALL the employees are friendly. The check in/ check out person was very friendly, thorough and didn’t try to upsell me anything. Two employees showed me my dipstick to show the oil level, cleanliness of the oil and what to look for if I check my own oil.
Every Valvoline has the friendliest staff/ mechanics and CSR’s. I appreciate your employees treating customers with respect and without condescension even if we don’t know that much about our vehicles.

“I broke down on i90/80 and needed roadside service. They said it would be about an 1 and a 1/2 hrs, which I agreed to since most places won’t roadside on tollway. Mechanic got there on time was knowledgeable and professional.
The mechanic had to go buy parts from dealer and come back a few times. Probably spend about 6-7 hrs on my truck. Definitely not a roadside job.
Couldn’t fix the issue on the road entirely however he got me rolling and I made it safely to a shop.
Also charged me less than he originally quoted since not everything was done. And I’d like to add the only reason he couldn’t get the truck finished was because dealer was closed and we couldn’t get the part till next morning.

Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”
