Never seen such bad customer service. I actually did talk to someone who was supposed to help…crickets. The local company before this was 100 times more efficient..sad.

I would not recommend this company. I can't get anyone to return a call. Last time I tried to call I gave up after 6 tries and no return call. I had another issue today and I actually spoke to someone and they just gave me an email address to send a copy of my invoice to before anyone could talk to me. It was a call center from another country is what it sounded like. I will be amazed if I ever hear from anyone.

Unfortunately, in my customer experience, the quality of the company has deteriorated since MT Business changed to ComDoc/Xerox, whatever the new association is there. I am assuming the local company was bought and assumed into the larger company. Ability to reach a person who can address and resolve issues effectively is difficult. When you speak with anyone, outside of technical support, there seems to be very little interest by that person to address and resolve issues. Follow thru with any employee completing their job fully is lacking. Departments are so fractured that it appears to be practically no interdepartmental communications; reps leave it up to the customer to coordinate information between their departments to resolve issues. Overall experience: very disappointed.

MT has not lived up to their service policy, our plotter has been down since August. Thus far I am still without my plotter, numerous calls and emails have been sent.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Henk, the General Manager, runs the business with integrity -- something rare in today's world. Just got a new machine installed yesterday and Jeff who delivered, and Scott who set us up, were incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. Thank you MT!

I had to call MT for "emergency" assistance with our multi function machine. From the very friendly operator, whose name I am embarrassed that I forgot, to the technician, Dan Cooper, the courtesy, professionalism and service was excellent. They went out of their way to provide excellent service.
