Great experience! Went to multiple body shops for quotes on my 2020 GMC Sierra that suffered from a fender bender and Ideal was the only body shop to perform a quality inspection. They found multiple panels/fairings that needed replacement/work that other body shops just looked right over. Paint matched perfectly (Pacific Blue color, not a common color). They cleaned my truck after (Inside & Out). I did find one plastic piece slightly bent after they were done. They ordered it next day and replaced it without question. They worked well with State Farm Insurance.Services: Painting

The guys at Ideal did an awesome job on my Lexus. I was a bit nervous because I've never had to have body work done to a vehicle, but Cody did a great job at reassuring me and answering all my questions in detail. My car looks new, you can't tell it was hit at all! I referred a friend and they were more than pleased with their repairs as well. If you need body work done this is your shop.

Josh and his team at Ideal Body Shop did a fantastic job on repairing and restoring my Acura RDX. Their service, communication and timely completion were excellent. They explained everything up front, were thorough in describing what I should expect, and after receiving the parts- the work was done in the time frame they estimated. I want to express my gratitude and admiration to the owners, management and crew at Ideal body Shop. Recently, they completed an amazing restoration on my (almost) 30 year-old, Ford F-150. This "ole gal" was my husband's pride and joy, and I've made every effort to maintain her in his honor. I was visiting a group of friends and made the mistake of parking across the street from the end of the hostesses' driveway. Unfortunately distracted, one of the participants backed - smack - into my driver's door. Ideal was on her insurance company's list of approved shops, so I made contact and they were able to look at her the following day. To be honest, I didn't hold out much hope that they would be able to find a door for a truck that age, let alone be able to get even close to matching the paint. I dealt with Andrew for the most part. He was encouraging and professional, and put in the effort to locate a replacement door. It took a while for the parts to arrive and for the shop to fit me into their busy schedule, but Andrew assisted me in scheduling a rental car and helping me with the arrangements to access it. The initial repairs took about 5 or 6 days, and Andrew called to suggest that I come in and see if I was happy with the paint job. The structural work was amazing, but despite the fact that I knew that the truck had probably faded and might be tricky to match, the paint color was way too far off for me to be happy with the outcome. Without missing a beat, he set into motion, explaining what the next steps would be. In just a couple weeks, she was returned to her beautiful self. The new paint match was OUTSTANDING!! Afterward: A couple days later, (and the first time planned to use her since her return) I went out to run to the store and found that she didn't start! I called and talked to Andrew, but only to ask if he knew if anything had happened that may have contributed to the problem. He said no, but arranged to send a couple of guys to jump the truck and take her in for diagnostics. Rather than take her when they arrived, they had come prepared to try and resolve the issue, right there at my home! Not only was it handled quickly and graciously, they took care of it with NO COST to me. Now, she not only looks great again - but has purred like my kitten ever since!
