Megan was great, haven’t had a better cut anywhere else! Recommend this to anyone in the area, was a great experience and was able to talk about several topics that were important to me and what I got going on as she did an amazing job!

The young stylist who is in college cut my kid hair yesterday. I wish I knew she was in college and not a seasoned hairstylist. She definitely doesn’t know how to cut off two inches of hair on a African American teenager. She messed my daughter hair up. Her cut was not cut properly nor even all the way around. I wish I would’ve known how long she has been doing hair. I definitely would’ve not let her cut my childs head. Other two ladies that were in shop should’ve been checking the student progress as she’s doing customers hair. To make sure it is getting done right! I highly would not recommend this shop on cutting black women hair. Top is way shorter than back of her head. It looks choppy her hair cut. Not even wat so ever. She took off way more than 2 inches that I asked her to do.

I went here this morning and the lady did a terrible job on my hair.

Great clips honestly is an amazing choice we've been going there for a year now and they do an amazing job if they see something isnt right with your hair they fix it most places don't I have full respect for great clips

it was done in two seconds. The stylist didn’t trim the hairs on my ears or eyebrows. Never really taled to me, which I didn't necessarily mind, and cut the top too short. All for $20.

on 8.28.24 went to the Spring Meadows Great Clips. We signed in on line and then waited an hour to get our hair cut once arriving at the salon. The younger person working had three men before me. Chatted non stop with the men. And had to stop working while she was chatting prolonging the wait. Finally my turn, she calls me over and tells me to go ahead and have a seat. She had not swept up from the last man. I glanced at the floor, but she didn't move to sweep so I walked over the mess and sat down. She did not say ONE WORD to me the entire time I was in the chair other than to ask me at the end of the cut how it looked. For the most part, I like the hair cut but the customer service could improve. Not just men tip.
