Recently joined 5/3 as a customer. Staff are welcoming and attentive. We did have appointments for our two visits over the past few days. First impressions are that it is a welcoming and busy business.They really need to provide fast internet service for their customers, particularly in their line of work. The cellular service isn't particularly great at this location either but is outside their scope.

Absolutely worst bank ever. I had been at 5/3 for over 30 years. A year ago the app stopped working properly. Couldn't log in half the time. Supposedly they fixed it. Yup. Fixed so I couldn't log in most of the time. Went to the branch where they blamed me, so I gave them my phone to "fix" it, because I knew it wasn't me. He quickly realized it wasn't me. He called and they told him as long as people were able to log in on their browser, they weren't fixing the app. THEIR EXACT WORDS! Within a couple weeks I stopped being able to log in at all. I had been looking for a new bank already, because the branch manager is either never there, or too busy gossiping with employees (I've heard her) to help customers.I finally found a great bank a block away that values its customers. I've been at Chase for about 6 months now and am so much happier. I've closed every account with 5/3, except my M/C which will be paid off in a few months, then closed. 5/3, I won't cry if you go out of business. You deserve it.

I would give negative stars for this place if it allowed it. I deposited a check on 5/7 that should have been available instantly. I had to tell the teller how to process the check which she didn't do and now I have no access to any of my funds due to being flagged as fraudulent. The asst mgr I talked with this afternoon even stated it was the branches fault. As soon as this situation is resolved, I will be pulling all funds out of this bank and taking my business elsewhere along with reporting the situation to appropriate authorities.

Every single time I call the Holland branch no one EVER answers the phone! Seriously ridiculous and beyond frustrating!! I called the Maumee Branch where they actually answer the phone and spoke with Tiffany. She was amazing and answered all of my questions!! I will be going there from now on!

Personally the service was poor. Directly Stewart on airport location. I’m currently on hold with my cold holder myself because after 2 attempts they “couldn’t figure It out”. None the less fifth third is decent.

I had a refund check from Tireman drawn on this bank. Corporate account, right? When I take it to this location they want to make an account in my name with my SSN to cash it because I don't have an account with them.

Closed at noon?! Are you serious? There are other 5th3rd banks in town but this one is the closest to me and it closes at frickin' NOON. Now I have to go to another one across town. Absurd...
