My husband called to literally just ask do they handle fedex shipments and returns, the gentlemen that answered (named KEVIN) told him very rudely they don’t handle large shipments, only returns (which my husband originally stated the shipment was from the start of the call…) and hung up. Not 10 minutes later my husband received a text message on his phone with a link to fedex store listing, and stated he wouldn’t “ship his little guitar even if he could”. So he took my husbands personal number from the store phone and texted him which in NO Way shape or form is that ok, and is a form of harassment. Considering pressing charges for this action. Do not bother using this store for any shipping needs.
