Tyler was beyond helpful and attentive to my situation. He made sure to keep the communication lines open and kept me in the loop on what was going on. I never had to call to ask what was happening with my vehicle. (it was a warranty claim situation) They are honest and up front about everything, which is hard to come by, especially being a woman!

They don't work on VW DCT transmissions
Edit 6/19/24: No issues with the shops communication or honesty, the one star review is only because your shop doesn't work on common VW/Audi/Porsche automatic transmissions. All my reviews are honest unfiltered reviews so that the public can make the best decision.

Tyler went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible. We were traveling thru Ohio to Canada and our truck transmission went on a Saturday morning. Truck was towed to location and all arrangements were made over the phone which made it possible to rent a truck from airport and continue to our hunting trip in Canada as quickly as possible. Great service-great work-very trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

As of today im very happy with these guys. As a former Automotive Technician myself im understanding of both sides, but because of this its a bit more personal when i send my car to the shop. I requested to look at the car and saw it today. They were transparent, reapectful and kind. The shop is very clean, and i am happy and fortunate to find a good transmission shop with guys with more experienced than myself.

Service was very quick and friendly and they didn't seem to want to fix what wasn't broken. I appreciate that. They also didn't diagnose exactly what the problem was but some of that they said had to do with previous body work done incorrectly. Admitting you don't know will get me to come back again since I need people in my life who are not going to lie to me. So, for now, I'm sold. Thank you.

These guys are great I went to Hudson Automotive they wanted six grand out the door to fix my transmission these guys did it for half price out the door three grand so it'd be two weeks I got it back in 5 days

Great shop with great people
