I have been going to Discount Lube for a couple years. I usually get good service. But Thursday July 11th, 2024 I got terrible service, I requested Synthetic oil and they put regular 5w 20 oil. They told me that I didn't have any oil in my car, that possible recall ? well I looked it up and didn't find anything. I had my son in law check my oil that day and he found that the oil was dirty and looked like it never was changed. They said they checked my air filter they did not check it (I could see everything they did) they only checked the oil. I went back the next day and told them what I found out. He claimed they didn't use recycled oil. He showed me what they used and it looked like dirty oil. I am feeling like they didn't even change the oil filter either. So they didn't help me at all. I will be finding a new place to get my oil changed. So be ware. Also when I was there the other gentleman came out of the office area cussing and said he wasn't dealing with that. I did ask if he was referring to me and he said umm no. ?

I have always come to this location and received excellent service. Today, the employee had such an attitude that before I could even pulled in he was annoyed and off putting! Ridiculous he seemed put out by doing his job while his buddy sat in a chair. I have never seen this bad of service here in the past. I left as soon as he pulled me into the bay! I will not be disrespected for trying to receive an oil change. I will NEVER BE BACK. Unacceptable Customer service! I went to 5 min Oil Change and they immediately got me in and gave me a free water when I arrived!!! That’s good customer service!

Love this place. The staff is fast and professional. They take care of what you need/want instead of trying to upsell you into bankruptcy. I highly recommend them.

It's the only place I go to. My guy is from Detroit, and I took him here while he was on a visit with me, and he goes here when he is in town now

The guy that works there shook his head while opening the door like he didn’t want to be bothered and then he just stared at me and I was waiting for him to signal me to come in so instead I just sped off and will go elsewhere

Been coming here for about a decade. These guys are honest, quick, and provide an easy oil change experience. It's a little cheaper than most places, and they never try to sell you on things you don't need, only if you should actually need the service will they suggest it for you. Will always continue to come back

My mom got an oil change 2 weeks ago check engine light came on due to low oil called the place up they said bring it in so I brought the car in. He told me that I should reset the oil change (light) on her 2011 dodge Durango which mind you I drive a newer ram so I know what to do as I explained it popped up again he said pop the hood let's check the oil he pulled the dip stick out and put oil from his finger on it and said see it's good I'm like no it is not the dipstick before I got here said add so he proceeded to (gibberishly talk acting like he knows everything) then asks a customer next to me "excuse me sir what does that say" as the guy says looks to be in the middle of add and ok" as to why I brought the car back so then he tells me step out of the car let's teach you how to check your oil I'm like excuse me I'm not going to step out on to a greasy floor and get hurt just so you can "prove a point" horrible service will definitely not be going back -10/10

Terrible people. They installed a defective oil filter which made a huge mess on my driveway. When I requested a refund mgmt tried to make mechanic out of his own pocket. True story.
