Charlie, the young guy from AW high school, just spent a half hour working with me to pick out baseball mitts for my grandson. Excellent help, great young adult. The entire store is overwhelming with excellent products at a fair price. Awesome job Charlie!

So we bought our son a baseball belt. The ONLY way to try it on is to take the tag off. When we saw it didn't fit we went to return it but they said it needed to have the tag still attached and packaged. Terrible policy! We will not be going back. Every other store has a better policy!

Phone customer service is absolutely terrible. They had me running all over town to the stores to try and return an items when it couldn’t be returned yet. After over 3 hours of drive time over multiple days, and 6+ hours on the phone. They asked me to go back to the store 25 minutes away again to get my refund. Avoid ordering online if you can.

Employee terrible customer service....just balled up my clothes and thre them in the bag. Of course I didn't purchase, and will not go back to that location agai n!!

Ordered an item online, it came, wasn't the right item. Had to fight tooth and nail to return it. Every conceivable measure was taken to give me anything but my hard earned money in return. Interesting how they can take your money in 0.2 seconds no problem, but if they messed up and you'd like your money back it's the world's greatest endeavor to do so. Also, if I'm paying $70 for a pair of shorts, at least give me the pair I ask for. Right? I finally was able to return it at Franklin park fortunately. But if they don't have your preferred item in stock, just go order it yourself online. Beware!!

Returned shoes and realized after I left thst I wasn’t credited for the right amount. I went back next day and the manager was rude and told me because I purchased another pair of shoes the taxes were lower on thst pair so thst is why I didn’t get my full amount credited’ and as I thought about it he lied! The reason my tax was cheaper was because the shoes I returned were subtracted from the other amount which then it was less to pay tax on. I won’t be going back ever!!!

Had to get rude to get service in shoes. Although everyone around us was getting serviced. It definitely gave racism. We requested shoes with the kiosk and the rep put them back stating he couldn't find us even though we were right by him. Also low/no stock on everything we wanted.

Just went to return some shoes that were mailed to me yesterday that were worn And the associate Kitlyn was trying to refuse the return before even asking me why I was returning the shoes. I also wasn't given the coupon with my receipt they give you when you return. Be aware if you are a person of color be aware of the discrimination there and disrespect.
