The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, providing great service and excellent help. They assist in finding the perfect baseball gloves, tuning up bikes, fitting for new golf clubs, and setting up fishing equipment. The store has an in-store servicing and assembly shop for bikes, which are of far better quality than at other name brand stores. Prices are fair and comparable to online retailers, with the option to find low prices online and pick up in store. The entire store offers excellent products.
We were on vacation when our ebike broke. We called Dicks and called to Liam. He put a bike together for us during the last hour of the day. He also told day manager AJ and Troy from the bike department we would be by the next morning. It was the epitome of great customer service! Way to go the extra mile.
