I had an extremely unpleasant and frankly disturbing interaction at this Chase Bank location. I was on site conducting a landscaping audit-completely professional, permitted, and during business hours—when I was approached by a middle aged to elder caucasian woman who appeared to be affiliated with the bank. She asked if everything was okay, and I explained what I was doing. Her response? That I needed to move my car because I was parked next to the spot she “normally” parks in and she didn’t want her vehicle (a white volvo suv) scratched. Mind you, I was parked legally in a public space with no signage or restrictions.
To avoid any conflict, I told her I was nearly done and would be leaving shortly. But as I got into my car, she escalated the situation by aggressively pounding on my window and claiming I shouldn’t be there during business hours due to “safety concerns.” The irony is rich, considering her behavior was the only safety issue present.
Her conduct was aggressive, racist, hostile, intimidating, and absolutely uncalled for. She is a Chase employee who felt entitled to dictate where others park, this kind of harassment is unacceptable. Physically confronting someone over a parking space, especially someone just doing their job, is not only inappropriate, it's unprofessional and deeply unsettling. Her behavior was not only hostile and unnecessary, it was frightening. Striking a vehicle is assault- period!
What struck me most wasn’t just how trivial the issue was—it was how quickly she resorted to intimidation and condescension toward a complete stranger who was simply doing their job. It was demeaning, petty, and unkind.
This kind of behavior reveals a lot about someone’s character. I’m sure she assumed she’d never see me again and that this conduct would go unchecked—but I live in this community, and I believe people should treat others with decency, regardless of circumstance- and definitely hands off other people and their property!
Life is too short to be so worked up over parking spaces. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially when interacting with strangers.
Chase should seriously reevaluate the culture at this branch if individuals like this are representing their brand. I hope the bank takes note of who’s making impressions at their front door. I left calmly and respectfully, but I won’t forget the disrespect and the bizarre entitlement I was subjected to here. We all deserve better than this kind of treatment.

I usually stop at the Chase Bank on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay but today while I was up in Holland I stopped in at this bank for cash. I loved how I could withdraw cash without having to fully go into the bank.

Divinely Reviewed: Chase Bank (Airport Hwy – Holland, OH)
Today I stopped by the Chase Bank location on Airport Road in Holland to take care of some financial matters—and I had the pleasure of working with one of the best Chase representatives I’ve encountered in a long time.
This was my first visit to this branch, and I was immediately impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it didn’t feel like a major corporation at all. The staff was personable, attentive, and made me feel like a real individual from the moment I walked in.
The branch wasn’t busy, and I was seen by a representative right away, which made the experience even smoother. Isaiah took great care of me, and his professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.
They also have a walk-up and drive-thru ATM, and the parking lot is easy to access, even with the branch being on a main road.
Good service deserves to be celebrated, and today’s visit was a reminder that there are still people in banking who truly care.
Thank you, Isaiah and the team at Chase Bank Holland, for such a positive experience!

There is a manager by the name of Kevin that is very rude and does not know how to handle situations properly. It is very concerning when you are apart of a financial institution and they treat you poorly because they are having a bad day. I wouldn't advise this branch. Customer service is rude and unprofessional.

Anybody seen the HATE commercial on TV recently? It's just so sad that even before a Business Account is potentially opened, a Manager and Staff's HOSTILE reception (as if to say YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE HERE) and Hints of Racism caused me to cancel a rescheduled appointment.
I think some people ought to learn to separate Businesses from Color os People's skin

Had an appointment booked for a notary that I had to get done on a day off. Called the day before and confirmed it. 3 hours before they called and canceled it because the notary left his equipment at home. I asked them to call around and find another location for me to go to. 90 minutes later I called back and the person said they didn’t call me back because they were busy but they couldn’t find anywhere. So I found somewhere on my own. Then 30min later they called back and said the employee now could go get his equipment. I just moved up here from Columbus and moved almost all my money and business accounts to another bank due to how bad Chase customer service was in Columbus and it looks like it isn’t any better up here.

Great service at this location! April is on it, bubbly and kind. You can tell she loves what she does. Going to chase was the best decision I made. Go see Shauna the teller and Ms. Heather to set up your account. Thanks again ladies! Keep doing great things for the humble folk ❤️

If you are a small business owner, don't even bother contacting them. Back-to-back days they've no called/no showed for our business appointment. Was in the process of transferring all of my accounts over to Chase, but I'll be moving it elsewhere now. Not a very professional organization......

The banknitself is pretty good, friendly bankers and they do what you need them to do. My only real issue with chase is that no one ever answered the phone. I called 3 times in 10 minute window no answer. Cool, they could be busy so I went down to the branch today, walked in and i was the only customer but they were probably busy when I called, yes that's it. So i Walked outside called the bank again, no customers inside and guess what...no one answered the phone. I have called the bank on several occasions over the last few months, maybe 3 times. No one ever answers the phone.
