Had an appointment booked for a notary that I had to get done on a day off. Called the day before and confirmed it. 3 hours before they called and canceled it because the notary left his equipment at home. I asked them to call around and find another location for me to go to. 90 minutes later I called back and the person said they didn’t call me back because they were busy but they couldn’t find anywhere. So I found somewhere on my own. Then 30min later they called back and said the employee now could go get his equipment. I just moved up here from Columbus and moved almost all my money and business accounts to another bank due to how bad Chase customer service was in Columbus and it looks like it isn’t any better up here.

Great service at this location! April is on it, bubbly and kind. You can tell she loves what she does. Going to chase was the best decision I made. Go see Shauna the teller and Ms. Heather to set up your account. Thanks again ladies! Keep doing great things for the humble folk ❤️

If you are a small business owner, don't even bother contacting them. Back-to-back days they've no called/no showed for our business appointment. Was in the process of transferring all of my accounts over to Chase, but I'll be moving it elsewhere now. Not a very professional organization......

The banknitself is pretty good, friendly bankers and they do what you need them to do. My only real issue with chase is that no one ever answered the phone. I called 3 times in 10 minute window no answer. Cool, they could be busy so I went down to the branch today, walked in and i was the only customer but they were probably busy when I called, yes that's it. So i Walked outside called the bank again, no customers inside and guess what...no one answered the phone. I have called the bank on several occasions over the last few months, maybe 3 times. No one ever answers the phone.

Switched here from 5/3 because 5/3 has become so awful. I highly recommend this bank. People are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are a couple things I wish were a bit easier here as far as accounts, but getting things done is so much easier that I'm looking for a way around the issue. Also, I think they need one more drive through/ATM machine. The app - just wow. For someone who does 99% of their banking on line, this is a no brainer. 5/3 isn't even in the same city, let alone in the ballpark. It's simple, easy to navigate, and everything I need to do is there. I can open an account, check my credit score, deposit a check, and everything else I need to do without all the problems I had at the other bank. Here's the thing, if you're living in the 21st century, you really need to be at Chase. If you don't mind having to go into the bank, wait around in uncomfortable chairs for an hour or more, then talk to people who have to call someone else before they can make a decision on anything, go to 5/3. They're still back in the 1900s. If you want a bank that can keep up with your money, your time, and your family's changing needs, move to Chase. No, I don't work for them. Haha. In fact, I banked with 5/3 for over 30 years. I'm just someone who recognizes good business practices and that's where I go.

I've never visited this branch and now I see why. Worst customer service I've received in a bank. Walked in and 3 people looked at me and pretended to not see me. Once I made 2 workers acknowledged I needed assistance, they directed me to the branch manager. The branch manager was on a call, and from the sound of it, wasn't a Chase business call (who then lied and said he couldn't help). So his personal call is more important than assisting customers smh. There really is no such thing as customer service.

I went to the Airport hwy branch to cash a personal check written from a Chase account. The kind clerk went to get authorization frm the manager, since the “check was over 5k.” Things went downhill fast once mgr. Kevin Hovan entered. He looked at the check, flicked it back to me and said “I ain’t cashing this” since it’s over $2500! So teller says $5k Kevin Hovan says $2500 big difference. Which indicates to me Kevin Hovan just doesn’t want his own banks check. I looked up Chases personal check cashing policy and nothing was stated about a $2500 limit. It seems decisions are based, on how one looks to manager. Which I would think leaves them exposed to bias accusations and a clear policy violation. After much discussion, I asked for his bosses name and he refused, finally telling me to call 800# for her number. His poor dismissive attitude and unwillingness to dissolve this simple situation was astonishing to say the least. I called the 800 # and was routed to a diff branch. While discussing, an employee in the background said they must be talking about Kevin Hovan! The other branch politely offered solutions and said, come to their branch. I did get Kevin’s bosses number and left a message to which she never returned my call. I guess since Chase is a $3.2 trillion company, customer service is no longer important. My experience there rates as the rudest, most unpleasant service I have ever received at a bank. And I’m old. I left very frustrated, like I did something wrong by merely trying to cash a check. Funds were available, and used Zell instead, against check writers preference.

Tried to pay my rent by depositing cash I withdrew from their lobby ATM into my landlords account. Was told that with cash they have to see verify my identity. I'm not trying to take money I'm trying to put money in for my rent so I don't lose my home. Got told if I don't have an id to verify who I am I can't deposit cash... But if I have a check or money order they would take that without an id. Makes no sense and seems fishy

The two women who work the teller desks are some of the nicest people I’ve met. The first teller I worked with, Bailie, had a bright, bubbly, personality that was very infectious.
