I ordered Buff City Soap online recently. I am not sure if it was shipped from this store or another store in Ohio, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. I received two products out of my five that I ordered, that have absolutely ZERO smell and I reached out immediately on their website with no response. I reached out on social media, no response. They should have a headquarters phone number. I filed a BBB complaint and if I still receive no response, I will be contacting every store in Ohio until I get someone to help with this issue. Their products are so expensive and shipping is ridiculous. I didn't pay money to receive products with zero scent.

I have tried the lip balm, body scrub, body butter, lotion stick, soaps and shower oil. Love them all. Staff is outstanding and their soap is awesome.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store smells great, but so many scents make it kind of hard to test smell anything you might want to purchase. I was not impressed with my shower fizz. The scent just sort of dissipated; it wasn't nearly as strong and enveloping as I'd hoped for. The laundry detergent smells amazing and leaves clothing smelling beautiful, but I'm not necessarily sold on its ability to actually clean my clothes. I do love the mystery boxes -- they are a fun and affordable surprise that opens you up to new scents and products you might not have tried otherwise!

I drove behind the Kroger where this store is located and employees were going through the trash and putting items in their cars/ back into buffs building. Disturbing & confused if they re use products now. Will no longer support their business at this location & will let others know as well.

Helpful staff, well stocked and diverse selection with everything from fruity to woodsy and mild. The bath bombs are such a hit with the kids and made bath time so much easier. The laundry soap samples you can sometimes get with purchase are the perfect size when I want to try something new for my sheets, or make great gifts with the other nice products they have.

It's good handmade soap, and it's local. What else would you want? Oh I gotta type more. "Wash that Ash" is my jam, only bar I use.

One of my favorite local businesses! The selection of products is vast along with all the scents. I love being able to customize lotions and their other products and I've fallen in love with their Froot loop scent! All the workers are extremely friendly and helpful

Smells great when you walk in. Lots of different scents even laundry detergent! Soap for women, men, kids, dogs they have it covered and the sales staff are very nice.
