My cat broke my Tv so I went here to get it replaced. Not only did I find the perfect replacement for $80 but I was greeted by the sweetest people. Sydni helped us look up the exact tv I was looking for to make sure they had it in stock and also gave me directions where I would find it. She also gave me a sticker which I loved. We also had a great conversation with the employee who checked us out (I think name was Jake). The employees probably had no idea I was having such a rough day so their kindness and help made it so much better. Even the employees I saw in passing all wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. I hope the SM knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing team.

I like this Best Buy, since Toledo Best Buy flooded we've been coming here. I like to see the Toledo employees here at Airport Hwy store!

Have a warrantied screen protector and they put it on upside down and the 2nd time it just keeps lifting with huge air bubbles...never have had the issue, will wait to be near a different location to replace it yet again

Would give zero stars if I could. I went there on 6-15-24 and purchased an “open box” tv and opted into getting it delivered. The tv was supposed to come today. The day before I get an email saying I wouldn’t be able to receive it now until July 11 at the earliest. I tried calling the store. You automatically get sent to a third world customer service center which I was told by them that the store doesn’t take calls. After talking to over a dozen people I was able to get them to change it to a store pick up. That should have been the end of it right? No, they said I had to wait in an email saying I could come get it which never happen. So I decided at this point I am done, I drove back to the store and got my money back.

This store is more concerned with managing their computer system than making common sense decisions to serve their customers. Took over 30 minutes and 2 supervisors to process a trade in worth $5 and they wouldn't let me just abandon the trade in and simply buy the new product. "The transaction was already started.". Tried several times to explain to me how their system worked and why I needed to continue to wait - to which I explained that I simply didn't care and just wanted to buy the basic tablet.
