I just want to say Jeff and John did a great job with the replacement of my tub and surround . So easy to deal with and they were fast in getting the prouducts in and also the install was a great job and very satisfied.Glad I went with them because they stand behind there workmanship and product to the fullest .

Our technician John, did a fantastic job installing our new enlarged shower. He was efficient, skilled and meticulous. We are thrilled with the workmanship and excellent quality of materials. Our renters are delighted with the features of our new larger shower.

We signed a contract with Bath Fitter back in late Feb of 2024. We were told by the the sales person that we could use our own contractor for the shower door and also our own safety grab bars. We did not like any of the stiles that they had. Our walk in shower was installed on April 1-2 of 2024. That day the installer said that he could not install our grab bars and if we used our own contractor for the shower door that it would void the warranty . we were told by the sales person just the opposite. After several phone calls it was agreed that we could use our own grab bars, but we had to buy the shower door from Bath Fitter. It has been 30 days since the walk in shower was complete and Bath Fitter still has not been able to get the shower door to install it. I called them on May 2 2024 and was told that the shower door would be shipped on May 17 2024. This is just a little crazy over 75 days and still waiting for the job to be completed.

Second house we have had a Bath Fitter enclosure installed. Again the final results excesses our expectations. Their craftsmen are some of the best we have had in our homes

The salesman set the stage from Bathfitters spending as much time with us as needed to help us understand all the options and pricing as well as show all colors and tile layouts they offered. As great as the salesman was the installers were absolutely amazing! Not hardly any cleanup after their install. They were professional and friendly! Shout out to John Hayes!!!!

I have had bathfitter installed in two locations in my home and absolutely love them. Every technician that has been in my home have been very polite and accommodating! Can’t beet the life time guarantee!!!

Ron from Cleveland office let there TOP salesman go all cause he wouldn’t give him his personal email all because a customer wanted to get his bathroom done right now and didn’t wanna wait so he threw the salesman under the bus saying the salesman said his bathroom would be done that week when he knew it took 8-12 weeks to get installed but he didn’t wanna wait so he called in to talk to Ron. But instead of believing the salesman RON just decided to let him go. Oh all right before CHRISTMAS when he knew he had kids and a sick girlfriend. What kind of company would do that. So take ur business some place else they don’t care about their employees here at all.

Did a wonderful job on the shower don’t advise the showerheads not much power and wires left hanging to our sub pump when they cut the beam that we weren’t happy with that all in all they did a beautiful job on the shower and the guy was very nice and friendly And respectfulServices: Shower refinishing
