Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Been having some issues with my car starting and they tested my battery for me and we're able to explain it in terms I could understand(im not a car person at all). They were able to replace it quick with no hassle for me to be on my way back to work. Would recommend, shout out to the store manager as he is who helped me thank you!

Amazing! Had a dead battery headed back to WI from PA. Praying for some good advice and a helping hand, I googled this location and went there. The man who helped me diagnose my bad battery and help me with a new one was top notch! From the moment I walked in til when I closed my hood and drove away he was so friendly and considerate and helpful. I can't remember his name but he has very light blonde hair and facial hair and light complexion. Whoever he is, please thank him again for me and also he deserves ba raise!!

Terrible and unorganized commercial program. This also goes for all Autozone’s, haven’t had good experiences with any of them. You will have a TSM who makes false promises, and a CSM who will randomly decide if she wants to deliver orders or not, without reason. Then, you’ll also have employees complain about driving out to your location (19 minutes away, and I know they serve further). You will also have multiple pending labor claims for months, with no update given, ever.
If you’re a commercial customer, take your PIN number and just go shop somewhere else. All Autozone’s are complete garbage, but some are better than others. This location, is not.

The store was amazing as a whole !!!!!! They helped me out beyond anything I could asked it was cold ,snowing,raining and all Michelle (I think that was her name )Another gentleman and Eddie all came out to help me and Eddie sealed the Deal very nice wasn’t upset about helping me in the ruff cold conditions and They were amazing.. God Bless and Thank you again

Came to this location on 12/26/23 and was helped by a very nice and helpful lady. I purchased a new battery for my car. I came back on today, 12/27/23 to have it installed and when I arrived at 7:30 am, I was told by the manager that I would have to wait until 8am when another employee came in. Understood, because he was there alone. Well, he installed my battery, he seemed nice, yet when I asked if my car issue was not the battery, I could bring it back? He replied no, you can't return batteries. I said hmm, that's what the young lady told me. She said I could, he replied, well she's new. Ok, I came home, looked it up online, yes, you have 90 days to return, money back. Called another location, they confirmed it. Beware ladies. Called in the morning of Christmas Eve. Talked to Michelle asking the hours they are open that day. Needed a headlight. She gave me the information. I left work about 1PM. When I got to the store Terry G. greeted me . Asked what I needed. Told me he was expecting me because Michelle let him know I was coming. Got my headlight and even installed it. He was very pleasant and helpful. Will be stopping there again when I need anything else.

I came in early in the morning on my way to work, because the negative contact on my battery was loose. I came hoping to get help tying up the nut on it, and manage to get in and out in less than 5 min. Eddie was super helpful , really kind of him to drop what he was doing to help me. I really appreciated it.
