Patient and helpful to get that sorted out. We bought a klipsch stereo. Sound is beautiful. I feel terrible I don't remember her name but every time I've bought something from this store it is a good time.”

“The store, the owner and workers and the customer service was amazing. I was greeted right away and was shown vacuums that were in line with the specifics I wanted. They also registered the warranty for me, which was nice and carried the vacuum out to my car! That's my 5 stars. My 4 stars is the actual vacuum. I've used it for 2 solid weeks now and already had to change the bag. The owner said I'dhave to change it maybe every 2 - 3 months. I also think it lacks suction big time, and it's annoying it doesn't vacuum up bigger crumbs or debris. It just pushes them around so I'm constantly using the hose. I looked at my receipt to see about maybe returning it, but you only have 14 days it said. So, I guess I'm stuck with it. I wonder if I'm having issues because I bought the floor model. Who knows.”

Kelly attentively examined my vacuum and clearly explained the missteps I had taken that led to the issue – it was an educational moment for me.To my delight, I received a prompt callback from Kelly within just a couple of days, informing me that the team had meticulously disassembled and repaired my Miele, restoring it to its original high performance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only functioned as if it were brand new but also looked immaculate. The team had gone the extra mile to thoroughly clean the vacuum, leaving no trace of dust or dirt.The exceptional service and genuine kindness I experienced at Maumee Sweeper Center were truly remarkable. “What a great store. Every time I walk by an employee they ask me if they can help me with anything. Occasionally, I say yes and they actually walk me to the item I am looking for. One employee actually walked me from one side of the store all the way over to the other side to show me the item I was looking for. I was stumbling around in the hardware aisle trying to find a certain size screw for a project and this young lady who is an employee asked me if I needed help. She really knew her stuff. She took me right over to the correct drawer and showed me exactly what I needed. I would have been in that aisle for an hour and a half trying to figure that out What great service!”

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

“The building looks old but when you look at what this place has to offer it's all very clean and huge they have everything.Has miles of things from all and every kind of appliances to lawn mowers(purchased both).The owner was very helpful and is a huge guy looks like a blonde surfer body builder.They delivered my washer and dryer same Day within the hour actually hooked up and installed so I was able to get my laundry done and cut my grass by the end of the day who else offers that kind of service.Highly recommend”
