“My cat broke my Tv so I went here to get it replaced. Not only did I find the perfect replacement for $80 but I was greeted by the sweetest people. Sydni helped us look up the exact tv I was looking for to make sure they had it in stock and also gave me directions where I would find it. She also gave me a sticker which I loved. We also had a great conversation with the employee who checked us out (I think name was Jake). The employees probably had no idea I was having such a rough day so their kindness and help made it so much better. Even the employees I saw in passing all wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. I hope the SM knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing team.”

“The store, the owner and workers and the customer service was amazing. I was greeted right away and was shown vacuums that were in line with the specifics I wanted. They also registered the warranty for me, which was nice and carried the vacuum out to my car! That's my 5 stars. My 4 stars is the actual vacuum. I've used it for 2 solid weeks now and already had to change the bag. The owner said I'dhave to change it maybe every 2 - 3 months. I also think it lacks suction big time, and it's annoying it doesn't vacuum up bigger crumbs or debris. It just pushes them around so I'm constantly using the hose. I looked at my receipt to see about maybe returning it, but you only have 14 days it said. So, I guess I'm stuck with it. I wonder if I'm having issues because I bought the floor model. Who knows.”

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Kelly, whose friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Kelly attentively examined my vacuum and clearly explained the missteps I had taken that led to the issue – it was an educational moment for me.To my delight, I received a prompt callback from Kelly within just a couple of days, informing me that the team had meticulously disassembled and repaired my Miele, restoring it to its original high performance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only functioned as if it were brand new but also looked immaculate. The team had gone the extra mile to thoroughly clean the vacuum, leaving no trace of dust or dirt.The exceptional service and genuine kindness I experienced at Maumee Sweeper Center were truly remarkable. “I went in to discuss a problem I was having trying to connect a sound bar and Bluetooth headphones to an LG TV. I was really just looking for advice, but was open to buying an adapter if necessary.
The first electronics associate was very helpful, but was not able to figure out a solution, so he called his manager over. The manager spoke with me for probably at least 20 minutes before discussing this issue with another electronics associate who was more knowledgeable in LG products. The manager and associate were able to figure out a potential solution for me.
In total, I probably spent 30 to 45 minutes trying to work through this problem with Best Buy employees. They were able to find a solution for me that did not result in spending any additional money buying adapters. I am very thankful for all of their help and would recommend this Best Buy location to anyone.”

“The building looks old but when you look at what this place has to offer it's all very clean and huge they have everything.Has miles of things from all and every kind of appliances to lawn mowers(purchased both).The owner was very helpful and is a huge guy looks like a blonde surfer body builder.They delivered my washer and dryer same Day within the hour actually hooked up and installed so I was able to get my laundry done and cut my grass by the end of the day who else offers that kind of service.Highly recommend”
“Home Depot…. Hmmm.. We’ll they stock everything (just about) that you would expect to find in a giant hardware store. Prices are ok for most items. Now this might surprise you if you haven’t been there for a while, they have a pretty decent selection of grocery items. And their prices in food are terrific! For instance 2 big boxes of cereal for 5 dollars and a 26oz can of coffee for 6.99. You wouldn’t expect to find such a large selection of food items at a hardware store, but it’s convenient because you can get most of your grocery shopping done when you run out to grab needed hardware items…”
“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”
