“My son’s experience at University Hills has been great. The apartment has served every need of daily life in a comfortable way and is situated in nice setting with a creek running through the property. If something is not working, the staff has shown knowledge and care to fix it. This is a well-priced option for students at UT looking to get off campus.”

The apartment I was handed over was newly painted so it was clean. Good parking spaces too right in front of every apartment.”
“Have lived here for over 2 years now, the apartments are very close to shopping/dining and the movies. The units themselves are very nice, definitely the nicest in the Perrysburg area. Maintenance is always prompt most of my requests are handled the same day (within an hour of submitting the request) and whenever my dogs see them out and about they always stop to say hello! Have only had a few issues and all were addressed promptly and fixed which I appreciate.The location definitely justifies the price which I have always thought was fair for the location. The location in the prime of Levis Commons is one of the main reasons we haven’t just bought a house yet.Stacey, Justin and Holly in the office are always available and responsive to any questions/issues you may have and of course our dog Egg loves to come visit them as well.Overall these are definitely some of the nicest apartments you can find around, and in a great location.”

“Dylan w. Was the technician that came today to fix my bedroom closet door. He did an awesome job. I had fallen completely off. I let a note not to close the door because I have a cat and I was afraid he would hide in the closet when someone came it. Dylan did exactly as I requested. The door seems very secure now. Do I appreciate the work. But also as I mentioned I have a cat who hides sometimes from people and especially when someone comes in and I am not home. He usually is upset when I get home and is still hiding. Not today. I don't know why . He met me at the door same as always. So I really appreciate that. Finally a note was left on the outside of my door that a technician had been in my apartment, a not in my apartment stating what was done and signed by the technician! I am more than satisfied with the work and the speed on which it got done. I love living at Valley Stream Apartments. I highly recommend this community!”
