Called about a lift kit I wanted done on my Silverado. Was told by lady that answered phone the phone to leave my name and phone number but she also told me she was a sales person I'm confused. But they never called me back for quote.

Can’t even get my truck into them because they won’t return calls. I called the first time to get tires mounted on my wheels that were off the truck, the lady said she would talk to the manager and call me back but she never did. Then over this past week I tried calling about getting an alignment and no answer. I filled out the inquiry on their website and after 2 days there’s been no effort to get in contact with me. A local business should have better customer service.

It took me a good year to come across the perfect truck I’ve been looking for . 2020 F 150 lariat white with the 5.0 . Right after I bought it I was researching how to get it to look the way I wanted it to with a lift and wheels. Diversified nailed it! I was even more excited to deal with a woman in the car industry like myself ! Kim is very knowledgeable and professional. She kept me updated every step of the transformation which I appreciated that so much. This truck is my new Baby and I totally felt comfortable with them working on it . If there is any issues at all they make it right ! Thanks again everyone at Diversified for making my dream truck come true ! 10/10 recommend

They would not assemble a set of bilstein 5100 for my silverado for. A 4x4 shock that can't assemble a set of coil overs.
