We called last week to inquire about having our range repaired. It was no longer heating past 300 degrees. Darwin was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and explained to my husband how to repair it. So very thankful for the help!

I was looking for a particular TV/audio stand and was pleased to find it on Vince's website, so I ordered. I got an email stating that someone from the company would be in touch to arrange payment and shipping. After not hearing from the store for a couple of days, I emailed. Still no reply, so I called. The person who answered gave me a bit of an attitude when he asked me where I was from, and why I ordered from them. Apparently they are not interested in dealing with people from out of state. I'm surprised that in this day and age, when independent businesses are suffering at the hands of big box stores and web giants, that shipping a TV stand down the interstate would be such a hassle as to turn down a sale. Furthermore, if this is the case, Vince's should say so on their website, or at least take the care to notify the customer that they will not be fulfilling the order. Hopefully they treat their local customers better, but based on my experience, I cannot reccomend doing business with Vince's.

Now this folks is definitely your small town USA store. They have anything from TV, TV accessories, Appliances, and can work on anything they sell. I have bought a lot of items from here and have always been happy with everything. My parents bought their washer and dryer from here, it had some issues from the factory. But once they called Vince's up, they where out there getting it back in tip top shape. A long while back, I had a TV that needed to some fixing, and they where able to get it back and running. I will continue to buy from here because I know they will treat me right. They have a great staff and would not trust anywhere else to purchase purchase my tvs and appliances. Also, in addition to TV and appliances, they sell some great computers and security systems. I buy my computers and security equipment from there for where I work. So go ahead and stop in if you are in the area, and if they are to far to stop in, just give them a call and they will be happy to help you out.
