Ordered lvl beam. They said a week it would take to be in...nope 4 days ..I'm at work they call their delivering it now. I'm not home. Yes it's raining and they throw it in the wet grass n mud...are you kidding me...it will be last time they get my money. Pathetic. Lazy and disrespectful. I'll go back to Carter lumber

Put a new roof on our barn 2 years ago. 2 weeks after it rained and new roof leaked worse than the old. 2 years later has still not been fixed. We can't even get them to come out. There are places there is a 1/16 inch gap. Do not let them work on anything I Hate to be negative to a local company but this is ridiculous
