Ed was very friendly and welcoming to our large group. Room was spacious and clean. Common areas comfortable, and grounds looked nice. Perfect location at Hiram College.

Ed is just simply amazing! From the first time I spoke with him he was so friendly, helpful and professional! We were looking for a potential room block for our upcoming wedding and he set me up and took care of all the details.
